Arby's — Restaurant in West Virginia

My son, who's 17, started working at KFC before Arby's took over in Inwood, WV. He's a very hard worker and this was his first job. He even went to another Arby's to be trained while the store was transitioning. He came down with influenza and even brought a doctor's note in. Now, they won't schedule him. I called the new manager and her excuse was, business is slow and he had to wait until spring...hmmm, funny the new Arby's is slammed...then said, he wonders in dish...hmmm, funny he hasn't done dish in forever and all the previous managers LOVED his work ethic...which one is it then??? Total BS!! How can you treat your employees this way and a child at that? He's complied with everything. Didn't fire him but just keep telling him call back every week??? That's awful!! I called corporate and I hope you look into this...because "Gaylan" is horrible!! My son deserves his job back. He did nothing wrong at all!! He was good enough last night to fill in for...

If I could rate a zero, I would. Went inside to eat. Finally got waited on. Saw our food go under the heat lamp. Waited and waited. The two young girls standing around talking and one was even texting didn't even notice the food. They did stop long enough to talk to a boy that they were friends with. Apparently he had covid symptoms and couldn't stay to chit chat. I politely asked about our order, which I was told it will be a few minutes to put the fries down. We heard her tell the person in the back twice to do this. She then ask if we got our drinks. Ummmm...NO. Finally get our drinks and surprise neither drink is what we ordered. I then ask for our money back and to cancel order. This store definitely needs some major leadership and someone who is willing to actually work. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL WE...

I just gotta shear my opinion here I order from Arby’s pretty often it’s not the same it used to be and I personally hate the way Sliders are done now I miss the old bread and the little containers it was less messy that way, I love my buffalo sliders and in my opinion I think if the sliders have sauce it should be in the original containers they used to be in I hate having them being in paper it’s just not the same and more of a mess with having sauce all over the paper instead of just in the little box where you could just re dip you sandwich in it. Other then that I find the food to be delicious and fresh I’ve never gotten anything bad from this Arby's and for the most part they keep it decently clean...
