Bellacino's Pizza & Grinders — Restaurant in West Virginia

Let me elaborate by saying this establishment is ran by “Thieves” DoorDash makes a loophole for this place to accept a ‘tip’ on the drivers behalf majority of the time it takes us dashers a hour long driving round trip to deliver the person there food the owner pockets the money and dispatches the driver and laughs at DoorDash drivers for delivering food and the dasher spending there own money on gas also putting wear and tear on there personal vehicle not commercial vehicle also no where in the restaurant does it say anything about them using DoorDash so basically the customer is always in shock when they see that it is a door dasher and not a employee from Bellacino’s so basically us door dashers deliver for free for them and they do this legally because DoorDash believes in a honor system that Bellacino’s would not just pocket the tip for the drivers and this is not made up there is many confessions from people that actually tipped and even showed that they gave a tip beings it was a hour long job but the owner of this establishment thinks that it’s okay to rob delivery drivers so if you support this establishment then you support theft and they are not the only restaurant that is exploiting this loophole on delivery drivers it is down right...

It’s truly frustrating when a restaurant that has good food constantly gets orders wrong and has rude staff! Ordered two grinders for pickup tonight, mine was very simple-chicken, mushrooms, mozzarella and mayo. Doesn’t get simpler than that, right? My husband called it in, repeated it several times, made sure to emphasize that nothing else was wanted on my grinder. He ordered a turkey light, nothing fancy. Gets home, his is fine, my sandwich has lettuce, tomato, onions, mushrooms, chicken, no mayo, and I didn’t see any cheese. I called and explained nicely that my sandwich was wrong, I can’t eat it (there are reasons). The lady said she would remake my grinder and that my husband could come pick it up. Instead of the man at the counter apologizing for the mixup, he said that next time bring a receipt to prove it was their mistake. Just rude. This is not the first time. This is the last time we’ll order from there, it’s just too much hassle. And the receipt showed that it had been ordered correctly,...

Ordered online.. their printer was not printing so they never recieved my order then they tell me they will have the food to me in 20 minutes... so its been 2 hours and still no food.... i receive a call from the driver and he tells me he was knocking at my door to find out he went to the wrong hotel... this place has to pay closer attention to detail! I hope the food is better than the service!

Food came finally! They forgot a whole order of wings! I call back yet again they tell me they are going to send them over.. its over an hour since that call and the wings still are not here its 8:17 pm the orriginal order was placed at 4:45pm... dont ever order...
