This is undoubtably the very worst service and in the worst food that I’ve ever gotten at a Bojangles, I have never been talked to the way I was through the drive-through at this Bojangles. I lived in North Carolina for quite a few years never had service like this live in West Virginia. Food wasn’t quite as good as North Carolina, but the service was good. This place is terrible and the food was disgusting and I mean disgusting. I think someone needs to go through and retrain these people on how Bojangles at the south needs to be ran because they’re not cutting it. They’re rude hateful and don’t give you all your order and then make you go through the bag and then want you to hand the bag back to him like you’re lying to them argumentative the whole shebang was just terrible. Never will I go there again and I was quite excited to find one in Princeton, West Virginia when I live in Charleston because I didn’t think there was one until Westfield, Virginia, but I’ll go ahead and pass it up and go to Whitfield. That’s for sure. Never again while I go to the prison West Virginia Bojangles again and if the hospitality people of North Carolina, so it ran the way it was that day they shut them down that’s my opinion you want good food from Bojangles make the trip one down to Westfield, Virginia because trust me the whole experience will be...
Read moreAbsolute abysmal quality in food.
The first time I went there in awhile I had ordered some food and the quality was fantastic, the service was decent, the workers never seem happy to work there but that's understandable. Every other time I've been there since my food is never fresh, no matter what time of day I show up. I understand their system of keeping food up front in the warmer, but paying 35 dollars for a family meal and receiving stale biscuits and tenders is ridiculous.
This was at around 5pm today, no reason at all for the food to be stale. One night I had shown up around 9pm and the food was awful but I get that they were about to close and didn't want any overflow of wasted food "although I'd rather them had dropped something fresh and waited". I'm usually one to never leave a review about a fast food establishment but they really need to get it together with how much they're charging people for food.
I'm gonna try to eat there one more time in the near future but honestly, I'd recommend just saving your money if you're hungry and going to KFC instead, I've never had a problem with their food...
Read moreNever been to a Bojangles before since we live far north of here. That's what made us stop at this one as we were driving by and lunchtime rolled around. Since it's a big chain that we're not familiar with, we thought we would give it a try. Based on this experience - no thanks. No more.
We got a grilled chicken sandwich with a side of cole slaw; fries; and one of their bowls that their employee suggested as the best thing on the menu. The bowl was the best thing for our lunch and was filling. The fried chicken tenders were decently done and the beans and rice were well seasoned, although salty. The grilled chicken was very rubbery. The fries were too salty to eat. I guess that they decided to compensate for the saltiness of the fries bty making the cole slaw so sweet that it was more of a desert than a side. It was also very soupy.
The location itself was a bit of a shambles that could use a thorough cleaning.
For the rest of our trip, we avoided stopping at any other outpost of this chain....
