HORRIBLE NIGHT MANAGERS

I went to taco bell on Lyle Dr, I ordered a Mexican pizza,nachos bell grande, and 4 Cinnabon delights. We couldn't eat anything but the Cinnabon, the pizza looked as if someone took items out of the trash can and put it on, there was barely any chicken only a few pieces placed on the edge of the shell and filled with beans, the nachos were stale. When we called to get it replaced, we spoke to a man named "john" who said he was the manager, my boyfriend explained the situation, he remembered us and tried saying it was all made fresh there was absolutely no way my food was made fresh!! And instead of any understanding or offering to replace the food he said "what do you want me to do? Or I'm going to hang up, I have customers" this was all said in a very angry and hateful tone. I also had similar issues with the taco on Stafford Dr in Princeton wva, but that woman acted worse then this situation, but I'm not sure what is going on with the taco bells in Princeton wva, but I'm no longer returning to either. I refuse to be mistreated, especially with how nice we we're to them, we gave them no reason to be so hateful/uncaring! **whoever is running these establishments really need to to work on weeding out the bad managers and employees. If I could give zero stars for the service I have received recently I would. We have had two late nights on two seperate occasions where the employees have been incredibly rude with their service. In the early hours of December 8th we went through taco bell with two MOBILE orders that we placed an HOUR in advance. We go through the drive thru wait almost 40 minutes before reaching the window where we proceed to get half of our order and the young male at the window tells us we will have to pull around for the other part of our order while managing to be incredibly disrespectful in the process. He didn’t even bother to apologize about it and his only reasoning was there’s only two people working. What can i say the drive thru service is pitiful first off we had to ask for them to turn on the lights in the menu. After placing our orders (2 separate orders) and waiting over 5 minutes to get to the window to pay the cashier seemed new to the job but on the first order that was a #3 meal she forgot the beverage on the second meal at the window we added sour cream and spicy ranch to the party pack and unfortunately it was not in the box the meal come in which the bottom came open spilling all its contents in the car seat and floor. So i would suggest a employee meeting and perhaps some retraining for the drive thru. Also the employees manning that position wasnt rude but wasnt personable either she looked bored or tired of what she was doing.
