Taco Bell — Restaurant in West Virginia

This Taco Bell deserves zero stars.

One of the worst Taco Bells. My order is frequently made incorrectly. Sometimes we go at night, around 11pm and their grill is turned off so you can’t order grilled items. They don’t close until 2am. Somehow on top of your food being wrong, you’ll get a Baja blast zero sugar instead of a regular one.

You might pull up after placing a mobile order and hear “I hope you didn’t order anything with chicken because there won’t be any for half an hour”. I worked in food for a long time.. it does not take half an hour to make chicken at a place like Taco Bell. If I paid money for it, they should either have it or update their app so that it can’t be ordered.

You’ll be forced to wait 15-20 minutes to get a couple simple menu items remade that they messed up or forgot.

Please save yourself some time and grief and go to the Taco Bell on Harper road. They are always pleasant to deal with and the food is always good and...

There was a guy named Jason working drive through when me my husband and kids orders food and he was very rude and very u professional we oreeed our food paid for it he opened window we asked for fire and mild sauce he closed it back a few minutes later he came back gave us our food and still no mild or fire sauce so we set there a few minutes and when he opened the window we asked again then he proceeded to get a attitude by saying that we should have told him when we ordered food and he never asked us when we ordered then we went to ask him his name and copperpate number and he slammed the window in our face and another employee came and told us and apologized for the way this Jason guy acted and went to website to file a complaint only to find out it won’t let u put all your info into to file a complaint so me and my family will not be going back there and we do a lot of business with Taco Bell...

I used to love this Taco Bell when Charlie was the manager. He treated his customers with the utmost respect they deserved. He always made sure that my order was prepared correctly, which meant that if I ordered extra toppings or sauce, I got my money's worth and if I ordered a plain taco, it was prepared correctly as well. He recently left his job as the manager and his replacement manager is horrible! She transferred from Fayette county Taco Bell, and her description is a short Asian woman with tattoos on her neck and arms. She has the WORST attitude of any person I've ever spoken to & she refuses to give extra toppings even when you pay her extra money for it! She rips people off, argues with customers, and is extremely rude! I would advise everyone to stop giving your business to this Taco Bell because you will be severely disappointed in the poor quality of service. My advice is...
