I came in this place and asked a lot of questions because I was ordering something for someone else and the girl working here was really helpful. During the time I was there I noticed them handing out dirty boxes. I thought maybe it was just a bad moment. I came back later and ordered a lemon cake and the girl making the food had dirty gloves and my box was dirty too. The lemon cake had black stuff on some of the icing and on the lemon. I even had to wipe off the box. It was so disgusting. I had tipped them already which I thought was crazy they asked for a tip for one tiny desert with a $5 tab and wish I hadn’t because they couldn’t even give me good food. decided to try crumbl for the first time after hearing everyone rave about it. it was very underwhelming. the cookies were okay, great in size, but the taste was nothing amazing. not worth the $25 for six cookies. every few minutes while waiting someone would come out and say another flavor sold out. by the time i got my cookies they had maybe one flavor left. the lady working the register announced (with a line of people waiting to be served) IM GOING ON MY BREAK. and then her and 3 other employees left. with cookies. that just seemed rude & unprofessional to me. esp since they were busy and low on stock. perhaps get more cookies made & customers waited on before you just...
