This has to be the most disappointing DQ. For the last 2 years, every time I come to this DQ my order is never correct. At first I thought it was just a fluke, but now? No. Definitely not a fluke. I haven't wrote till now because I thought it was just a fluke or a new person. But no. This is enough. My orders are never mixed properly and more times than necessary my order hasn't had the ingredients in it at all. Tonight for example. My family and I went to visit this DQ. We went through the drive through to get 3 ice-creams and 2 burgers. My family enjoyed there burgers, however the ice-cream was a different story. We ordered 1 Large Peanut butter puppy chow blizzard, 1 large smore blizzard and 1 medium smore blizzard. The puppy Chow Blizzard seemed to come out alright. It had all its ingredients. It wasn't mixed the best but it wasn't the worst I have seen. Then the Smores Blizzards. I have had the smores blizzard before so I am familiar with it. It did not have its chocolate, too much gram cracker crumbs, and noticeably no marshmallow. Just plain vanilla ice-cream. In either the large or the medium. Seeing as the puppy chow blizzard was done almost properly, this leads me to believe that someone else mixed the smores blizzards. This isn't the only time (obviously) that this has happened. For the last 2 years it has been like this. My orders have come unmixed, the wrong flavor, missing ingredients, melted. And obviously its not just my orders. I can understand new people in training and rush hours or busy days, but the amount of consistently wrong orders is very disappointing. I don't typically write reviews, hence this being the first for this complaint. But I felt that after it being so long with the same thing nearly every time I visit, Maybe its time to write one. This DQ gets a 1 star from me and needless to say I wont be returning to it. At least until some better training or management and supervision gets put in and quality changes are made. The young man who was at the cashier station walked away as soon as a girl that he was fighting with came in the store. He came back to the register three times but she was still there so he walked away again. After almost 7 minutes of standing there without anyone acknowledging that there was a line 5 people deep, the annoyed and unwashed "manager" James walked over and rudely dealt with those of us in line. The man needs to bath and brush his hair more than once a week. You should also clean your store more than once a day. There was no where to sit as every table had some form of food left over on it and nothing had been wiped down. If I were an employee at this store and James was my "Manager" i would have walked out last night for the way that he was treating people. I am old school. You go to work to work, not stand around so i understand the frustration, but you dont get to talk to people the he does or treat employees the way he does. They are not employees. They are people and more than that, they are kids. If you cant handle the stressors of being in management then you need to find a new line of work because if I ever heard my kids managers speaking the way he was my kids would no longer work there.    Read morePLEASE READ!! 1st- A Flamethrower Burger without ALL of the toppings is just torture and disappointing....2nd- Employees at this Elkins DQ were speaking innapropriately about a customer during our visit. I overheard them talking badly about the person in front of me in the drive-thru. Loudly enough for my whole family to hear the Employee calling her a drug addict from inside our car. Even if true, she was there to spend money as a customer, not an inconvenience, and they were discriminating and making assumptions. I am very disappointed that I had to witness this and was not even going to share this experience. But when I realized they were focused more on that innappropriate gossip than making my meal correctly, I had to share. This is customer service 101- back to class kids.
