I am saddened to say that I will never eat here again. I witnessed such a shocking event while trying to enjoy a meal, even worse than the time I had a fly cooked into my burrito, which is saying something. It all started with the buss lady telling a mother that she needed to take her son to the ER because his cough was that bad. Now, the mother did say that it was from his allergies and the drainage down his throat. The fact that she thought that she knew the kid better than his own mother and father, is one thing. But she came up to them 3 times about his cough, when she wasn’t even their waitress and had no business bothering them while they tried to enjoy their meal. They decided that they had enough of this lady and that they would just box up their food when it came out of the kitchen. They boxed it up and left without even eating one bite. I heard her say to the dad that they were the second table to do that today; I wonder why. A little while longer she walks up to another table who from what I gathered knew or was related to the family that left. She asked them if they thought the mom was going to take that baby to the er. When they said probably not because he just has real bad allergies, she wanted to know more about the parents and they told the old buss woman that wasn’t her business. The conversation got heated as the buss woman said she makes it her business. When the couple insisted that it really wasn’t of her concern or her business, the buss woman said that she would just call the law and see what they had to say. She walked off and immediately was on her cell phone. One woman said she wanted to speak to management but, none were available. With no management available that couple also decided to box up their meal and leave without finishing. So, 3 tables boxed up their meals without eating that day. I witnessed a couple have their dining experience disrupted when an employee who wasn't even their waitress go up to their table 3 times over the couple's kid who had allergies telling them to take him to the ER. The interruptions were so frequent that the couple decided to leave before even receiving their food. I felt so horrible by the experience the couple had that I decided to pay for their meal. The waitress proceeds going to other tables and asking us if we thought the kid's parents would take him to the ER. My girlfriend, knowing the family, explained how the kid just has allergies. The employee proceeded to question where the parents work, etc. and my girlfriend expressed how that was not any of her business nor her place to be making any of the comments that the older lady employee had been making. This older employee, who we later learned the name of is Linda then threatened CPS on the parents who's kid has allergies and stormed off to call the law. Several people requested to speak with a manager in regards to the situation but no consequences were done, this employee continues to be employed there. Due to this whole experience my family will no longer dine in this establishment until...

This place has absolutely always been my favorite restaurant to eat at. But unfortunately I will not be eating there again. Went there for dinner tonight. Was immediately seated, our drink order taken as well as requested a bowl of queso. Received our drinks and queso but the waiter walked off and did not return. The only waiter that came close to our table was one that unfortunately did not speak english very well. I held up my menu twice and he held up a finger to motion just a min. Then proceeded to tell me he would be coming. we sat there 25 minutes with no one even bothering to come take our order. I went to the front and told the manager I needed to pay for my sweet tea and cheese dip and that no one ever did take our order. She said I wasnt paying for it but she didnt understand what could have happened. Ive never walked out of a restaurant before.
