As per most restaurants, they have their ups and downs and can't get it right every time. Same goes for this Burger King.
The recent visit here was good and no problems. Food was good as per usual. Who doesn't like a good messy Whopper sandwich every so often? Don't forget to add the cheese!
If you do end up with a problem just let them know and they'll fix it for you. If you dine in, the atmosphere is comfortable for a fast food restaurant. A noise reduced play area for the kids and their family. The fountain drink machine offers a huge variety of flavors!
It's just and all around good place to get something quick and good!

The best fast food experience I've ever had. We arrived at 10pm and although the drive-thru doesn't close until midnight we know how it is when customers show up right at closing bc we both serve for a living and unintentionally give the customer attitude somehow during your encounter bc you thought you were done, going home. Yet as we approached we were greeted by a friendly, smiling young lady, Emily, who made our whole encounter a pleasure from beginning to end. The manager, Kim then approached the counter to work on papering the trays and made this visit the best fast-food experience I've ever had. The fastest "Fast Food" Restaurant in Elkins specifically because the employees care about their work and take care to treat everyone like a VIP. I can always count on them even when I am in a hurry (even when they are busy) for precision in making the best cheeseburgers and vanilla milkshakes. I especially love it when the lady walks around and gives out mints. The managers and team members are ALL very nice too!
