My name is Kelly. I updated to optimum mobile in April of this year quite frankly to get away from AT&T’s ridiculously high prices & terrible customer service, terrible. I was pleasantly surprised upon entering the store. It’s clean, uncluttered, arranged properly and has nice seating. The person that helped me then was Jared. He was great. Knew everything about my phone, was quick & extremely helpful. My monthly payment went from $90.00 a month with AT&T to only $27.00 per month with Optimum mobile. Same exact service. No contracts. You have to love that savings of over $60.00 a month, I did. Then I went into the Optimum store yesterday to upgrade again to a iPhone17, Mike was my customer service man. There again, what a stand up guy. He’s fantastic. Such a quiet calm and more than helpful person. Just loved him, I did. Lucas helped as well. I had to go back yesterday afternoon for help, this phone is fancy, iPhone 17 pro air. I love it. Lucas was more than happy to help me yesterday afternoon and today, I had another question. Lucas is terrific and really knows an iPhone, the ins & outs about them and quick. The store manager is generally there, Chris, is a great help. Very helpful & informative. The store is well stocked. A hands on manager. I can’t say enough good things about these men. They have it all over AT&T, this I know as I was a customer there for a decade, but no longer. This store is nicer, these guys are much more knowledgeable and willing to help you, and last but not least, the money you’ll save is a steal. You will start saving money immediately. Isn’t that the bottom line? Give Optimum Mobile a try. What do you have to loose? You will only save money. And your service should be good anywhere. Mine is, way out where I live in the country. Just like AT&T, but better.

I was given misinformation via chat, and when I reached out to get it corrected they haggled with me over 5 dollars a month. They refused to honor what the previous rep had promised via our chat, which I provided copies of to them. I called to cancel and was offered 6 free months of internet and 25 dollars a month after that. I declined and the rep said he would note this "exclusive" offer so I could call later if I changed my mind. I called back in a week and there was no such offer on my account.
