Subway — Restaurant in West Virginia

Listen its a subway. You get subs. Its the same as every other subway delicious sandwiches and amazing salads. My issue is not with the quality of food its with the employee. Notice I said employee. There is one guy in this store this specific location that is so absolutely annoying. We walk in today with one other customer behind us and he is organizing the chips on the table in front of the bar and refuses to take our order and had us (my wife and the one other customer behind us) wait for like 10 minutes while he was arguing with himself about why he has to put the chips there. Listen dude take the orders then worry about your chips. Then he would not listen to us while we were giving our order like at all. I dont know his name but this is the second time I've been in there with this guy behind the counter and both times have been the worst experiences I've ever had in a subway. Quick note his coworker is cool and seems to be very very annoyed at the same guy im typing about. I dont know this employees name but he needs a stern talking to on how to handle customers and not have my wife repeat herself 16 times and the poor lady behind me had to say she wanted extra ham like 5 or 6 times its so annoying. This now the 3rd time I’ve scheduled a mobile order for lunch and they don’t have it ready on time. I was standing at the mobile order pickup shelf for almost 10 mins (while no one acknowledged me) until I got fed up and went to the counter and asked about my order. The attendant asks his coworker if it was done yet, to which she refers to a receipt that’s been sitting on the bar since I got there, and said that it was “next to be made” I didn’t get an apology, and this is now the 3rd time this has happened. Subway is expensive and the steak is flavorless... Bread was tough but not stale... Cheese was a lil funky and not in a good way.... Instead of paying celebrities to run adds they need to improve there menu....
