Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in West Virginia

Ordered some pizzas and drinks on October 10, 2021. Delivery driver CHRIS showed up to our house an hour after order was placed without the drinks or sauces for our order. Promised he’d be back, cool no problem. Never came back. Never received a call from the store. Called them yesterday (10/11/2021) and was told I could only receive a refund for the part of the order we didn’t receive. After being hung up on multiple times, my boyfriend decided to go into the store to ask what the problem was. Just a bunch of excuses from delivery driver CHRIS, and both assistant managers ZACH, and I did not get the name of the other assistant manager but she was a heavy set black woman. Boyfriend was trying to explain that we didn’t end up really eating that night because the rest of the order was never delivered. Woman assistant manager says “well I would just eat it with water.” Didn’t even try to help the situation. I was told the general manager would be calling me to help with the “partial” refund. I never got a call from the general manager all day. I finally called at 7:30pm today 10/12/2021 and the lovely girl SUMMER was the only one to inform me that the full refund actually could be done. Absolutely horrible service by everyone there, terrible attitudes and 0 work ethic. If you get chris as your delivery driver, do not tip him. He will forget half your order and never bring it back just claiming he was “super busy.” Summer seems to be the only person there able to do their job. Will be contacting corporate tomorrow to tell them of the horrible employees as well as the one that deserves a raise...

For the most part they make orders accurately. Their internet ordering is superb, as befitting a national chain, provided with centralized corporate IT resources. They have never made an error on any internet order I have placed, this being my preferred ordering method. I have only had a handful of pizzas over-cooked, in the years I have been here. It's Domino's, but it IS the best pizza in Shepherdstown. Updated 12/31/2019... It is New Years Eve and they were super busy, but my order was correct and perfect! Got stranded at the college up the road after our ride left us for an hour at like 9 at night. My sister and I walked down the campus road and ended up here. Employees didn't ask us any questions and waited patiently and quietly for us to order something to justify us using the bathroom and seeking refuge in the store. Really, it sounds dramatic but you definitely saved our skins and we really appreciate you for being so understanding of our situation....
