Last night my husband and I ordered two pubwiches some wings and a drink. We ordered no vegis just ham and extra cheese only on our pubwiches. When placing the order the lady seemed very impatient and rude. Our delivery driver arrived in a timely manner. Our food had onions and so much mayo I wasn’t able to even eat it. So I called in hopes to get the order remade. The woman who answers the phone was very rude again. “I don’t know what you want me to do about it?!” Then slams the phone down and proceeds to tell the manager the issue while being nasty and making rude comments. We heard every word. The manager proceeds to get on the phone and I tried explaining to her that we wanted it remade but after hearing her employee and being treated so rude and poorly we would just like to receive a refund. I go to Gino’s to return the food and my brother is in the drive through picking up food. He then proceeds to tell me how the same woman was so nasty and rude towards him while placing his order and picking up. I believe Oshel Craigo should be informed of this woman’s behavior and how she is treating his customers. I have ordered food from this establishment for decades. We will not being eating here ever again. I hope this woman is trained on how to speak to costumers and corrects her misplaced attitude towards...
Read moreOrdered 2 pizzas and wings online. Arrive 45mins later they are boxing the last pizza and "it fell apart" so they had to remake it. Statimg it will take 10 mins...20mins later I go in because still no food. As he takes the remake out the oven he drops it on the floor. Turns and says sorry I'm going to have make it again. At this point I ask for a manager. The manager that comes up is quit barely says anything and goes gets the original guy that is apparently also a manager. I said I wanted a refund on the pizza they dropped and to just give me the food that was ready. I was upset and said this was insanity and someone else needed to be taking pizzas in and out. They said mistakes happen I said yes but twice is too much. Every employee was being mouthy. I said I wasn't going to argue manager says we already passed that and another says he apologized he's giving a refund "but we can handle this another way" So they resort to threatening customers as well apparently. They don't refund the correct amount but at that point I just want to leave. Get home and the pizza I did pay for wasn't even correct. The manager told her they don’t give out delivery times. So mom asked for an estimated delivery time and the manager screamed I just told you we don’t give out delivery times and hung up on her then they never answered when she tried to call back. I called from my phone and mom ordered for pickup instead. Told them her name and when I got there they had double charged for the food and when I questioned it she just said that’s our price take it or leave it. When we did get the food it was soggy undercooked and looked disgusting. We have asked for the corporate number and they refuse to give us the number or even the name of the owner or manager that’s over the store instead of the power trip managers that are there every day.
