I used to love Gino's food !!! Well, I still love the food so much that even after my husband stopped eating there due to constant issues with the food and the mgr. Shelia blaming the customer instead of fixing the problem correctly. My husband is a retired Navy Seal and has little tolerance for BS. Over the past year or so, I have gone through quite a few issues. But, I have doggedly continued to patronize this place. Once, I ordered 10 plain wings, as I always do, and she sent 20 or 30 HOT. First saying that's what I ordered then changing to they are not hot. Imagine my shock . But, I paid for them and threw them away. But, I think I have reached my limit. No food in the country is worth it when a child doesn't get to eat with the rest of us, and this mgr. was too interested in trying to convince me that I never ordered it to even care about that child. We also had ordered a family cookie. I didn't even address that as I was so worried about that little boy eating and how this wa# affecting him. 2 hours later the little fella finally got to eat. And everything is oki now, except, im very upset. Children are very resillient and forgiving. I have been very patient, and loyal when it comes to this Gino's. At this point, i wonder who i can contact about the poor customer service and temperment of this mgr. As bad as i hate to, im saying GOODBYE to this restaurant. Read moreOn our way back home to Virginia, we stopped to grab a bite for lunch at Gino’s. To put it plainly, the food was actually pretty good! My issue was, the restaurant itself was not very clean (the tables, high chair, floors, and bathrooms specifically). You can’t expect exceptional cleanliness from a roadside diner though, so I’m not too upset about that. My main issue was how long the food took. My flatbread pizza went from being my food to being an appetizer for my husband, son, and I because their spaghetti and philly cheese steak with fries came out about 30 minutes after. My son’s spaghetti was cold, so we had to send it back. They brought us a fresh plate within minutes though, and he approved of it as you can see from the pictures. Read moreOrdered a garden salad and some other things off of Doordash, Gino's employees did not give the Doordash driver my salad, after my wife argued with them to be able to pick it up ourselves instead of going through doordash for the missing item they final said we can pick it up ourselves but wanted to argue that the order was for a grilled chicken salad. Really? How much is the cost difference, a garden salad would be less in cost. This grilled chicken salad has well obviously grilled chicken which I can eat but didn't want but since they wanted to argue, I just took it but it also has not just a little bit but a massive amount of cheese and bacon.
