McDonald's — Restaurant in West Virginia

Overall it was a normal visit to this particular McDonald's. Ordered thru the drive-thru, paid and the first window, pulled up to the second, waited a few minutes, was told to pull up from the lane and park someone would bring it out, and proceeded to wait another 6 minutes for someone to bring my order out. All of this would have been somewhat acceptable if everything had been fresh. As it sat one of the orders of fries was from the fresh batch, the rest from a much colder batch. The burgers were ok aside from one was put in the bag in it's side stuffed beside an order of fries. That one was pretty messy. The chicken nuggets, sadly, were similar to the fries. Some of them were hot and fresh, some of them were cold and a long way from fresh. They did put napkins, straws, and the ketchup and dipping sauces (yaay!) This location is generally pretty good about making sure requested sauces and items are in the bag, if you ask at the second window. If you ask while placing your order or at the first window the request seldom makes it to the people preparing the order. Overall, an ok trip. The order was correct, but it was also cold. The burgers were topped correctly, but unfortunately one of them was served on its side instead. My biggest issue is every single visit being told to pull forward and park. I could understand if it was every so often, but almost every trip unless you're just getting beverages. Those you'll get at the window (then they'll have you pull up if you have any food). It's a solid 3/5. There's better, but...

We ate here Sunday evening at 8:30 the staff was nice at first. we got our food and looked at it was the oldest greasiest looking chicken ever!!!!! We got signature bbq bacon crispy chicken meals. At first we noticed there was no cheese on our sandwiches at all. And my chicken was this flat thing cut in half and the chicken on the inside or what i assumed was chicken was hard as heck. So my sister went up to tell them there was no cheese on our sandwiches they asked if we wanted a couple slices of cheese when we said no we want new sandwiches because they are old. The blonde in the black shirt said they probably ate half already!!! Which was very rude. I told her no we didnt eat any of it. She stated well its gonna be 5 more mintes to make new. We said thats fine. Then she preceeded to tell them in the back to use the fresh chicken for those not the ones in the drawer. I was like wth. Not to mention the frys were hard as heck and tasted as if they were old frys double dipped to warm them up..never going here again and dont reccomend...

What a shame---- MC DONALDS Used to have a great reputation and menu covered everyone's taste. But this one , never experienced anything like this before. No one came to the counter to take our order. Had to go to the kiosk. Paper was empty so could not get the order number printed. After waiting 15 minutes while other orders were prepared . I ask about my order for a milkshake ( thats all , just a milkshake). I had to ask someone working in the back. They said "Ooh yah " someone was getting lids. Then I over heard someone say " can't find the lids ". So I called to the back and said I'd take it without a lid . After getting the milkshake I noticed it was a small when I had ordered a medium 😖.Nope wasn't about to wait again , since while I was waiting the first time someone came back in asking for missing nuggets and a regular burger instead of the one they received with cheese . This whole ordeal took about 30 min just for the incorrect milkshake. They did have a sign up advertising for help. BUT the problem seems...
