On Saturday July 5th at 1:30 am I came thru the drive thru ordered sweet tea no ice 2 #4 one a classic with no pickles and the other was the 4c no lettuce add cheese. When I got home to my surprise I had no cheese on my sandwhich so I called McDonald’s and spoke to a woman named Linda, she was nice and told me I could come thru later to claim my remake because I wasn’t running back out at 2:15am. Today July 6 at 12:40 I went to go get my sandwhich remade for free as she said I called the woman running drive thru was very rude to me and then gave me the remake as I was told I would get. I’m a constant customer of McDonald’s. So to my surprise I was shocked about her attitude. My “remake” was not fresh nor was it hot. And the fries was cold even tho I didn’t want fries. Because I just wanted the sandwhich I had wanted remade right. At this point I just sucked it up because I didn’t wanna go thru the hassle again with the woman in drive thru. I really think out of all the McDonald’s in this town this is by far the worst one I have come into contact with besides star city McDonald’s. Management needs to do better and get better employees that treat customers better. Also not everyone gets a receipt from them so when they asked that it made me kinda upset. Doesn’t matter if I do or don’t at this point even tho I didn’t get my receipt the other night. But I was on camera in drive thru so if u replay the footage or even look up the order I was there. Read moreThis establishment never gets my food right and there's always something wrong with the food I do get or they don't have any of the food on the screen that is offered even new items. The last time I was there I had meals and drinks. The drinks were all large and put in a cup carrier which when handed to me the carrier was not sturdy enough and was spilled all over me, wasnt offered any napkins; nothing and this all was into my truck and I got no apologies from the worker. All I was asked was did I need another drink or something. Very rudely I might add. Not to mention the meals I got were not even right. And their ice cream machine is always down. I've realized there is no sense in even asking them anymore and not to expect my order to be correct. If ya want a coffee or something you might be alright to go there. But at this point I've just expected the worst and that is my experience every time I go there. Everyone is so rude it does not do any good to complain because not even the managers give any care in the world. Very disappointing place to get a quick bite to eat! Especially of you have more than one order. I've encountered hair and other foreign things in mine and my children's meals more than once before. Read moreMyself and my sister were there yesterday and we stood at the counter for 10 minutes or longer being ignored by the employees. There was an employee standing at the counter within 2-3 ft of us and didn't acknowledge us and another employee walked right past us without acknowledgement. Meanwhile 4 employees in the back were asking each other if they were going to wait on us each one replying no. Finally one employee out of uniform walks up to the register and slammed her hands down asking us what we wanted very rudely . At that point we decided to go elsewhere to eat. I let them know their behavior was very unprofessional and they needed trained in hospitality. We asked to speak with a manager in which the one that slammed her hands down on the counter asking us what we wanted replied that she was the manager. We informed them we would be contacting cooperate as my sisters boyfriend was a member of management at the Sabraton store and we was told very rudely to leave the store....
