Some things you’ll want to know if you’re getting takeout:

The cilantro lime rice is just plain white rice. That has the taste and texture like it was instant rice from a bag. No cilantro, no lime no flavor.

birria consome legitimately taste like water with a bit of beef stock for flavoring and had the consistency of water (they probably cut it with a lot water because it is a labor intensive process to make properly. So they cut it to make it last longer) and then some cilantro and onions sprinkled in to give the illusion of authenticity and freshness but none of the flavor of these imparted on the consome

The chips are fine the salsa is actually good

And wow the giant quesadilla mess. A massive soft, squishy, goopy mess. For the love of god do not order this despite your temptation. It is ill conceived and poorly executed if you like a pound of dollar store cheese on a squishy, soft, foot long tortilla With a decent amount of meat then go for it.

As for the flavor of the meat itself it’s good ! Could be seasoned. but hey; given everything else, it’s leagues above the rest

I managed to salvage some semblance of a meal by prying what bits of meat I could from their low quality, flavorless, rubbery, melted tire-esque cheesy prison and eating it with the chips and salsa, sort of improvised nachos.

Honestly overall disappointing waste of $25 I’m sure the food would have been better in restaurant sitting down because they would have to deal with the customer directly if they brought a plate of bland rice. Water consome. And goop quesadilla. But since it’s take out they can cut corners in some areas I guess.

I had seen the hype around birria tacos 🌮 😋 for a while and noticed this spot in town. I wanted to try it out, and OMGosh, I am so glad I did! No wonder birria is all over my social media! I went with 6 family members, and everyone got something different. I got the birria tacos as they come...de-lish!!! The chicken nachos were bomb 💣 😋, build your own quesadillas were very good, and tacos 🌮, were great! The queso and chips were fantastic! All was well portioned, even the cheese dip! Everyone said they enjoyed it and would definitely come back.

The employees were kind and patient. I had trouble understanding one of their questions regarding my order (my fault, not theirs), but they didn't get frustrated with me. 😇 The atmosphere was clean and well kept, although it could have used some additional decor. The blank walls could have benefited from artwork.

Overall, I would highly recommend 👌 this spot. But for those who do not do well with spice/heat, maybe ask what...

Went in because I had enough points for a free Appetizers. Had been trying to try the chicharron bites for over a month without luck until today. If you dont say Chicharron then the person up front wont know what you’re talking about. Even tho chicharron is fried pork belly, they dont understand “pork belly” when ordering. Typically Chicharron is smaller bites deep fried. The chicharron here is HUGE. Usually that would be a positive but not for the ratio of fat to meat. The chicharron is mostly fat and barely any meat. The flavor is okay could be seasoned more. ABSOLUTELY no crisp on the skin. These are pan fried or flash fried but not deep fried. For the wait and the price, Im very disappointed. Hopefully this was just a bad batch or the female worker lies about them ALWAYS being sold out. Also, the only appetizers you can get for free are chips and queso or salsa.
