Was a daily customer until today. I always ask for a simple scrambled eggs and biscuit. Same order, every day for two months. I ordered from there, because of convenience since it's close to my work. Every day, they manage to get my order wrong in some way. Burnt biscuits, most of the time. I told them over and over that I don't want my biscuits toasted. They always come with black tops or buttered when I tell them no butter every day. There's any number of problems every day, but still edible so I eat it. Today, I asked them not to toast them. They didn't even take my name for my pick up order today despite my trying to give it (I was ignored, and another customer was called while i was talking) so I had problems picking it up. When I got to work, I discovered my biscuits were FROZEN. That is malicious compliance if I ever saw it. I called them, and was told, "well, what do you want us to do about it?!" rudely. They don't care about the food they're giving you. They don't care about food safety at all. Not one bit. Every day, they didn't give one ounce of care to making sure what they were giving me was right. I ordered "2 scrambled eggs, biscuit dry" every day. Every day, they gave me "2 scrambled eggs, biscuit toasted", which is a completely different menu item! No matter if I politely corrected them in person or on the phone! It didn't matter how many times I said, no butter no toasting. And today was the final straw, being served frozen biscuits with a side of attitude. I asked for my money back as they gave me inedible food, and their service is so bad that I doubt I'll get it back. They've lost the business of my entire workplace and a daily customer....
Read moreI wish I could leave negative stars. This was a horrible experience and we will never be back (and be sure to share this with everyone). I ordered breakfast for my mother and myself. A cheese omelette home fries with onions and an order of crab Benedict. We took a little longer to get there so I anticipated heating it and didn't mind. When we got home and heated it, neither of us could make it through more than a bite. The home fries and onions were raw, the Benedict was by far the worst I'd ever had. The crab was very obviously scooped from a can and thrown straight into the burnt English muffins. The poached eggs were bad but that was expected after reheating. But even more disappointing was that I ordered extra Hollandaise sauce and had hardly amount on there to give it some kind of flavor. It was lacking greatly and flavor all around is very disappointing for the price that we paid for the meals so I called and told them that I wanted to bring the food back and I just didn't even want it. And if she told me okay come back in and I'll give you a refund on the manager on. I went back in there, drove all the way back in there I should say with the intentions of getting a full refund of my $41. But was surprised when she only gave me $26 of that back saying that she refused to refund the entire order. Which was odd since I brought literally the entire border back which included the bacon that was burnt and brought card and the coffee that was bitter and old. I don't know why I'm writing this review today, after having the same problem for what has to be the 5th time, or why I continue to order from here when I know there will be only issues. The food is good for the price and I have gone to other Nudys closer to my home and been very satified so I kept giving this place a chance. But after today I'm actually done. Every time we call ahead or order online when we go to pick up the food they tell us the same lie about how the order didn't go through. Even though they address us by name so obviously some type of order went through for them to know the name on the order (a different person tends to pick it up every time) I know they're busy so we usually allow 45 min to an hour before we pick up our order but they still always manage to never have our food ready. Today they made my coworker run back and forth despite her ordering Online and pre-paying. When she finally got the food they gave us one free apple juice to apologize, however they got most of our orders wrong and didn't include a side of corn beef hash that I ordered and had already paid for. I don't want free apple juice I want my order to be correct! we tried calling the store but their phones are not working and haven't been for like a week. The guy at the front, I think he's the manager, is also extremely rude, unsympathetic, and has no idea what good customer service is. I guess only come here if you're dining in, otherwise just go to that iHop that opened up...
