I’m very disappointed in my experience at this branch today. I put in four separate orders carry out for my job. When I arrived, I went to pay for each order with a separate payment method using my company’s debit cards. As an employee, I am not allowed to tip on these company cards. So with each transaction, I had to hit the “no tip” option. The amount of boxes that I was taking would need two trips. I had every intention on bringing back a $20 bill that I had in my car as a tip when I went back for the rest of the boxes. That was until I was on my way out the door when I heard FLORA, an employee there speak to another employee in Spanish about how I ordered lots of food and “didn’t even tip” . It was extremely disheartening to hear that comment be made about me. What makes it even more sad, is that I’m sure it was said because she believed I would not understand, but Spanish is actually my first language. I was not able to say something the way I would have if I was not working. I’m so disappointed in the way that I was handled as a customer all together today, the environment was not welcoming towards me whatsoever before this situation even occurred. But even more so after I had to press “no tip”. Delivery driver never knocked, rang the door bell and didn’t even call my phone to let me know he was here. I waited for a while until I finally decided to check and see if he was lost or something when I saw my food out on the floor. My food was just left out on the floor out in the cold and rain! My food was wet and cold once I opened it up. I called dominos to know why my food was just left on the floor and explain how terrible this service was. I was transferred to the manager Kareem who was very rude and unprofessional about the situation. Kareem the manager was not only talking over me but was also stating that nothing was going to be done about the situation since he was upset and upset about how I was responding since he was speaking over me and clearly didn’t care since it wasn’t his food out on the floor in the rain/cold. Read morelook. it's domino's. so the food is exactly what you'd expect. no surprises there. the problem at this location is the delivery time. it takes at least (and usually longer) an hour for them to deliver an order that is going about 10-15 minutes away.
for example, today i ordered at 1:40pm, it is now 4pm and i still don't have my order. that is excessive and inexcusable.
if you call to complain, the excuse is always the same, 'sorry. we suddenly got super busy.'
after that, you still have to wait about another 30-60 minutes for your order to actually show up and then you have to reheat it because of course it's cold.
i don't know what the issue is with this particular domino's location but it is an ongoing problem. do they not have enough people working there? maybe they should hire more.
at the very least, you shouldn't be charging people a delivery fee and maybe give them a refunded discount on their order when their food shows up comically...
