It was our family and friends 1st visit in this location, we came in a large group including kids and baby thought we could have a good desserts time after dinner.

It was pass 9pm on Friday, this place was packed. At 1st, no one greeted us, then we went to the cashier counter and wait for the cashier. The cashier was ok, I was the last one in my group to order, she asked if I wanted to take out or dine in. I said I will dine in, same as my group.

Finally there was empty tables, all of us sat down and wait for the desserts. When I came back from the restroom, suddenly there was a lady server yelling at our group“ Which one is your order? Where is your seats!!! Why you don’t tell us you are dine in or take out?!”

My family and friends were shocked! Everyone was sat down except me just came back from the bathroom. I asked her why she complained about? There was no available seats for us earlier. Honestly, all of us were so confused.

Obviously the order came in as dine in, not a take out containers. The way she acted, was so bossy, unprofessional and rude! She should check with her co-worker 1st instead of yelling at the customer. I understand that it was a busy day, she might not in the good mood, but sorry to say that her customer was super poor.

All though the our orders came quickly, the menu has many selection. Unfortunately the taste of the desserts was so bland and the portions were smaller than we expected.

Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience in this location. If I can give 0 stars , I will! We won’t return any way.

Hope the management team is looking into the customer service issues, not only my feedback...

*UPDATE! I went back again a different day and realized that they added in their own tip!!!!!! That's illegal. I saw my original charge and then I saw a smaller charge that I never made to the card as a tip. I have worked in the restaurant industry and this is not hard to do, but it's very wrong. That location is such a disappointment.

-original review- Very disappointed! The mango that is used here is not an Asian mango. (Which is the trademark and what makes this place delicious) I felt so cheated. I've been to mango mango locations all over the place including chinatown, philly, and even right here in Edison and they all use Asian mango, but this was a regular one for sure. You can even see the boxes on display are different. That aside the portions of fruit were very skimpy compared to other locations. The strawberries and mango were very underripe and sour. It was so disappointing. The rest of the fruit dish was good, but I can't get past the mango and underripe fruit because I go there for fresh sweet fruit and mango.

Another thing is that I asked for a refreshing iced unsweetened fruit tea. The woman who I assume was some sort of management kept recccomeding all different types of rich bubble teas... I didn't want a bubble tea or anything rich or chocolatey, but she was clearly not listening or able to give good recommendations or problem solve. She was definitely knowledgeable about what went into to the products which I can appreciate, but it was so frustrating that she wasn't listening that I...

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Mango Mango, and let me tell you, it was a disaster from start to finish. While the food might be good, it’s hardly worth the nightmare of dealing with their atrocious customer service.

First off, the wait time was ridiculously long. I understand that weekends can be busy, but this was beyond reasonable. We waited over an hour for a table, and when we finally got seated, the ordeal was far from over. Our server took forever to take our order, and then we had to wait even longer for the food to arrive. It seemed like they forgot about us entirely.

As if the wait wasn’t bad enough, the manager, Yozed, was an absolute nightmare. Not only did she give me attitude when I politely inquired about our order, but she was also incredibly rude to other customers. I overheard several complaints from people around us, all met with the same dismissive and unprofessional response. It’s clear that Yozed has no idea how to handle customer service and is more interested in arguing than resolving issues.

It’s a shame because the food at Mango Mango is actually decent. However, no meal is worth enduring such horrendous treatment. If you’re thinking about dining here, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else where customers are actually valued. Mango Mango seriously needs to re-evaluate their staff and management if they want to stay...

Mango mango is our favorite. Visited first time in the west Windsor location. Obviously the desserts were very good. We got taro milk tea, mango sundae, Snow White mango 🥭 bowl with tapioca and pomelo and the lavender tea. Everything was great. Only reason I m taking away 2 star is because of the service and management. The location was extremely mismanaged. Everyone was so confused. First of all no one came to take our order. So we went to the counter. We placed all the above order and also a mango crepe cake. Later server said crepe cake is not available. We already paid for it but then had to go back and check for refund multiple times. They could have told us upfront when we were ordering. We picked tea and most of them were not available and finally only one thing was available. Then orders started coming in one by one and we had to wait for utensils . Finally when the tea came, it was really cold. It was Sunday 9 pm and I understand they may be tired but there were 3 people in the counter but still having a tough time managing it. Unfortunately did not like the experience here at all. This place is very expensive and each dessert / drink is close to 10 $. You would expect good service when you are paying a price like this. Not sure if I am going back to this location again.

Mango Mango dessert place in Princeton offered a pleasant experience during my recent visit. Despite arriving near closing time, the staff remained attentive and accommodating. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the delicious crepe cakes. P.S: Do not compare them to Lady M of NYC. But these here, had perfectly balanced layers and a light, fluffy texture that left a delightful impression. However, the taro ball jelly bean was average and didn't leave a lasting memory. rest were yum! The ambience at Mango Mango was fantastic, with a bright and inviting atmosphere that provided a comfortable space to enjoy the desserts. One aspect that stood out was that the desserts were not overly sweetened, allowing the natural flavors to shine through. Although the taro ball jelly bean fell short, the overall offerings were enjoyable. Mango Mango delivers a pleasant dessert experience with its charming ambience. If you're seeking a dessert place that offers a variety of treats without excessive sweetness, I recommend giving Mango Mango a try.

This place is an absolute delight and quickly becoming one of my favorite dessert spots! The place has such a chic and inviting vibe—perfect for catching up with friends or just treating yourself to something special. Their menu is like a paradise for mango lovers, with options ranging from dessert cups, waffles, and crepes to crepe cakes and drinks—all featuring mango in the most creative ways. I ordered the strawberry and mango crepe with Alphonso mango ice cream, and wow—it was a match made in heaven! The crepe was soft and fresh, with just the right amount of sweetness, and the Alphonso mango ice cream was rich, creamy, and packed with tropical goodness. I also tried a dessert cup with coconut vanilla ice cream that came topped with fresh fruits, and it was the perfect balance of indulgence and refreshment. Mango Mango is definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to, and I can’t wait to try more from their menu. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to brighten their day with some delicious and unique treats!
