Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Windsor

I had a highly disappointing experience at Dunkin' today, and the service provided by Bharti was particularly unsatisfactory. From the moment I approached the counter, she seemed disinterested and inattentive. She barely acknowledged my presence and took my order with a noticeable lack of enthusiasm. When I asked for clarification on a menu item, her response was curt and unhelpful, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Additionally, she got my order wrong and didn’t seem to care when I pointed out the mistake. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation promptly. Overall, Bharti's attitude and lack of professionalism left a lot to be desired. This kind of service significantly diminishes the overall experience and reputation of the establishment. I had such a fantastic experience at Dunkin' Donuts thanks to Ruby! Her cheerful demeanor and efficient service made my visit truly enjoyable. I've been to this Dunkin once, this review being written after the only time I have been there. On the evening on Dec 9, 2021, a simple order of an Iced Frappucino w/ Less Ice, Coconut, and Sugar with whipped cream. After looking at the picture below, you can see for yourself how horrible the service is here. I did not have any whipped cream, there wasn't any coconut in my drink, the "sugar" was all at the bottom of my drink, and even after selecting Less Ice, the entire cup was FULL of ice.

PLEASE never go to this Dunkin ever, there are several other places to get your money's worth. Even a 1/5 stars is...
