I’m giving this restaurant overall a three. My husband and I decided to our busy work week with a small outing. We visited this restaurant two weeks prior and the service was great 5/5 because the waitress who indicated that she was new was wonderful. We made sure to tip her well and the experience was so great that we thought that this could be our hangout spot. Yesterday we went back and our waitress was rude. I asked her a question about their seltzer water ti try to gauge whether it was regular sink water or diluted sprite/club soda. She rolled her eyes and answered with a rude tone, I mean a simple “I’m sorry u don’t understand your question would’ve sufficed.” The whole mode was instantly off and as she walked away I was going to ask her manger for a different waitress and complain but my husband did not want me to be confrontational and so I held my tongue. Things were made worse when she came back to actually take our food order, we ordered 5 wings with sauces on the side as a appetizer, my husband ordered a burger of some sort, and I ordered the salmon option. We even ordered our desert. She returned a few minutes later with the wings and my meal. My husband and I shared the wings then I ate my meal as he sat and waited for his meal that never arrived. She then returned ti ask if we were ready for dessert to which my husband told her she never bought him his order. Instead of apologizing and explaining the misstep she resorted to eye rolling and the rude tone then stormed off. The dagger is she never even took a moment to retake his order. We were obviously uncomfortable and so I addressed my concerns with the manger who bought us our receipt with the burger on it which to us means she clearly remembered afterwards what burger he ordered and yet still decided to treat him that way and not take responsibility. The redeeming thing about this entire outing was that the manger was very understanding apologetic, even offering us the burger for free but we refused because the trust was lost and we didn’t want to appear as if we were trying to get free food. All of this to say this place is a hit or miss. Not sure if I want to take the chance on unnecessary...
Read morebeing new to the area and being single am looking for a place at is comfortable for the football season, this was my first time here, well it was a nice sport bar a lot of table, plenty television, plenty of sports items on the floor i was surprise to see Jerry Wise name on a football on the floor in the Ladies room and copy of game tickets it was nice, the bar is big and i enjoy the food. i had the load nachos and the boneless chicken.. I got there at around 2:50 and the bar maid told at happy hour start at 3.. but she was nice to put my order in for happy hour.. Now here my bone, my drink only cost $5.00 in all other bar but here it cost me $8.00 bucks, an they dont even have my alcohol, then they dont have any hooks by the bar, no they have about three on the whole bar so if you are in the middle, you have to keep your pocketbook on you, they have no outlet by the bar. it important to have a outlet on the bar specially with football season coming.
Then the bar service change, the girl who took the lady place let me sit there without asking me if i need anything for about 10 mins, she had no problem dealing with the other people on the other side of the bar.. she pass me 3 times, yes 3 times and look me right in my face got the clean glass and ketchup bottle and never ask if i need anything.. i actually had to yell to get her.. i like the place overall, i would like to give you a 5 stars until i had time to notice at the guy in the kitchen no head covering and digging in head he had on number 42 and it green Jersey.. see she left me long enough for me to see all thing going on the kitchen.. i also notice at none of the table have the outlet on the table either. so change your phone before going and dont talk unless you sit by the kitchen or the wall..
i am waiting to see if football season is better keep you posted oh i there for about 3 hours i call some people to review the place with me but i...
Read moreMy daughter took me to the Recovery Sports Bar for a bite to eat. Before we walked into the place there was a very very nasty offensive foul odor at the front door. It was highly irregular & quite odd peculiar & unwelcoming, especially when getting ready to eat! So our waitress sat us at this tiny table..... we were moved to a bigger table. The fans overhead blowing made the air too cool & uncomfortable. We waited approximately 30 minutes for our food. I ordered a turkey bacon club but got a dry blt with dry toast, no mayo, shredded lettuce, a tomato & a few strips of bacon. Waitress brought me back turkey lunch meat on a plate; as if I was going to make my very own turkey blt club! Manager came over & apologized, gave poor excuse about waitress pushed the wrong key on the order menu. Regardless; whoever prepared the " turkey blt club" was way off & very inexperienced on how to make the turkey blt club! First waiting forever & there were only a few customers in this joint & then to add insult to injury I was given a dry blt no mayo, no turkey breast lunchmeat with shredded lettuce. It was a total waste of our time, I was hungry too & the waitress had a nasty disposition & was not friendly at all. Recovery is not the place to go if you're hungry because the wait is forever & a day plus the "cook" can't "cook". A very dissapointed & inconvenienced customer does not recommend...
