My colleagues and I decided that since we were in the area on business that we would stop by and grab a bite. I told my colleagues that the TGI Friday brand has changed and not in a good way. The food is not very good matter of fact, eating a Stouffer’s TV dinner may actually taste better than what is served. My colleagues just laughed at me, but we all know at the end of the meal who was laughing !! 🤣 🤣
unfortunately, this place will be the next on the chopping block to go. It didn’t take very long for the TGI Fridays in Bensalem, Pennsylvania to get the chop. They went bankrupt this place as soon the follow. when we arrived, there was not one person at the front of house no waitresses or waiters to be seen just a completely empty restaurant ironically, we sat there for 10 minutes waiting for somebody to come out and seat us, we even contemplated seating ourselves. At the rec receiving our menus service getting drinks and just ordering was plain slow, as we sat there we contemplated going to a different restaurant, but they insist that we stayed the food came out and it was very plain boring. Tasteless not an ounce of seasoning bland that would describe eating at TGI Fridays today the days of those absolutely stunning, amazing french fries that were salty and tasty whose french fries are long gone. What you’re kind of left with is the way the appearance of the restaurant feels empty and bland. Just resembles the food just bland and tasteless. I just don’t understand why anybody eats in this place even the worst banquet TV dinner taste better. Ironically fresh form, dog food may actually taste better than eating this slop !!!
Do yourself a favor and say goodbye to this horrible place save your money if you want to eat crap just go to the grocery store and pick up some banquet TV dinners and you’ll taste crap don’t waste your money eating at this...
Read moreWorst experience I’ve ever had - walked in to no hostess which is fine. But after waiting, waiting, and waiting I finally walked around to the bar side where two employees saw me. Still…no one came over. After continuing to wait, another couple came in and after all of us waiting some more, the bartender finally came over to seat us. We asked for a high chair, she said no problem I’ll bring that right over and then never came back. Once our waiter came over and we said we were waiting for a high chair, he said we couldn’t have one at that table we had to move…to the table next to us which had a bar at the bottom that made her high chair stick out into the aisle. Our orders are taken and although we’re slightly annoyed, it’s fine. Our appetizer comes out and we were waiting to ask for a sauce. Our waiter comes back, we ask for sour cream and he says of course…and then proceeds to take our plate and walks away before we can say anything. He comes back 10 minutes later and when we tell him that we only asked for sour cream he then tells us he thought we were done and he had tossed all of the food left on our plate. He thought we were done with the food that we asked for a condiment for in order to eat it. So he then says he can make us potato skins and we tell him he threw away our potato skins and our wings and when he finally comes back to the table it’s just potato skins. We mention the wings again and another 10 minutes goes by before we get them. Also, luckily we checked the check before paying because we were almost charged for a full order of potato skins on top of our combo appetizer. Meanwhile, the restaurant was not busy and we were the only table seated in our area. Awful place and would not recommend to anyone...
