Dexter took our order and what a nice young man. Polite. Kind. Attentive.
In the past⌠the young ones working the drive thru line and window has been very immature. Gossiping. Hanging out. RUDE.
Once we were sitting in the take out line sooo long we had to call inside and ask what the issue⌠we were told âthat the manager was on break.â
The kids - workers - were acting silly and unfocused. This was going on when there seemed to be a different management team in there - it was chaos - from what had been an efficient, and very nice store.
Food was hit or miss. It was like - or getting as bad as the one in Marlborough - which was horrible.
We stopped going.
Today WHAT A DIFFERENCE. It seemed more like it used to be. Really WHAT A DIFFERENCE.
Was just so please !!!
It was efficient. Polite. Well mannered. This location was always so nice. There seemed to be a good team in there today around 12:30. It was easy. It was pleasant.
We waited, and waited - in line. Slow. Like really slow. Once prior it was the same and we thought an off night.
But it seems off nights are becoming the trend.
Once there a young girl with a braided pony tail was giggling with workers, twirling her pony tail, rolling her eyes. There young people - old enough to know better were just laughing and flirting or so it seemed.
She just stared at us - like what do you want. Then, âWhatâs your name.â I told her. She turned and looked and looked. Dazed.
âTwo drinks - frozen lemonades.â
She said nothing and there they sat near the window. She picked them up with her manicured nailed like it was a bag of poop and it was two drinks in a carrier. Said nothing. Just passed them through the window and went back to her pony tail twirling and chatting. No napkins. No nothing.
We were there about 7:50 pm.
This place is hit or miss. Good or bad. Hit or cold. Cooked or over cooked. Polite or rude. Snotty younger people or eye rolling entitled brats⌠so it seems to our perspective. What has happened to the management here. And look at how they downsized the drunk size. Smaller than my hand. Weâre they out of cups⌠itâs just...

The owner of this fine establishment gives back to the community and is very generous and donates his heartbeat, time, energy and food to local charities and live family-friendly events that my wife and I were blessed to attend one last Veteranâs Day in Shrewsbury, MA 2017. We met him, his lovely wife and family who donated and served hundreds of Chick-fil-Aâ all white meat chicken sandwiches with chips, soda, water and cookies and as if that was not enough, he automatically blessed us with a free Chick-fil-A Gift Card without us asking. This past March 2018 my wife and I visited the Westborough, MA Chick-fil-A and we were amazed at the hospitality of the staff and the other customers were just as warm, friendly and inviting. There was an entire High School Boysâ Basketball Team sporting their schoolâs uniforms with their coaches. Their coaches encouraged their team to allow us to be served before them and to cut in front of them and allowed us to move from the very back of the line to the very front of the line. WOW, the first will be last and the last will be first! What HOSPITALITY which in this day and age to be apportioned from a young menâs high school basketball team was so refreshing to say the least. So, if you want great tasting food with a very warm and family-friendly atmosphere, be Chick-fil-Aâs Guest...
Read moreI had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience today. My family and I, including our two young children, decided to dine in. I placed our order at the counter around 8:45 PM and continuously checked in every 10 minutes, only to be repeatedly told, "It's getting ready." Meanwhile, every other customerâincluding drive-thru ordersâwas being served promptly. But not us.
What made matters worse was the dismissive and disrespectful attitude of the man at the counter. He behaved as if we were asking for charity rather than paying customers, treating us with an air of indifference that was completely unacceptable. Finally, at 9:15 PMâafter over 30 minutes of waiting with hungry kidsâI was told that the delay was due to the mac and cheese I ordered still being prepared. That should have been communicated at the time of ordering or shortly afterânot after half an hour of silence.
Outraged by the lack of transparency and care, we told to keep the food, we don't want it, we are leaving and we began to walk towards the exit. Thatâs when he shouted across the counter, âHey, you get everything for free,â as if mocking us. There was no genuine apologyâonly arrogance. That comment was deeply offensive and completely uncalled for.
Shame on you, Chick-fil-A. You turned away a paying family with children after making them wait over 30 minutesâempty-handed. The man in the gray uniformâwhether a trainee or store managerâclearly had no concern or basic decency for how your customers are treated. This is not just poor service; it's a failure of basic respect and professionalism.
The only mistake I made was to dine-in , thinking that those chairs and tables are for families to sit and relax and have some fun with food. Today I realize that it is not the case, Good bye Chick-fil-A I will not give another chance to offend us.
Thank you for your...
