I think I finally found a local business I can support instead of going to Starbucks! The iced lattes here are delicious and the baked goods are FRESH. My friend said her nitro brew was on point. We’re both lactose intolerant and were glad they had all the alternative milk options. The cappuccino are true cappuccino (not lattes being mislabeled as cappuccinos).

My neighbor and I enjoy meeting here to practice each other’s first language (she’s learning English; I’m learning Portuguese). There’s Wifi for when we need Google Translate and it’s quiet enough to hear each other (but loud enough that we aren’t uncomfortable chatting the entire time). Casual and friendly environment.

For parents/guardians of littles, there’s 1 couch with children’s toys/coloring in a nearby cubby.

For social media influencers, there’s a decorative wall for you to take your selfies in front of. And the drinks have a cute logo/sticker.

Random: I also love the stickers they have for sale at the counter.

This restaurant is very deceptive and charges an automatic 4% surcharge if you pay with a credit or debit card! They are not transparent about this (no signage anywhere, and the cashier does not even give you a courtesy heads up). You literally have to have physical bills and change on you to avoid this - no electronic payment options; they will just hit you with this hidden processing fee. Ridiculous!!! Inflation is already bad enough, and you wanna further nickel and dime your customers? Also, their caprese bagel for over $7 was such a joke - tiny specks of mozzarella (?) and paper thin tomato slices when everyone knows that is NOT what a caprese is (!!) And the regular-sized brewed coffee for $4 tasted BURNT 😫😫😫 Ughh… wanted to like this place so much, but they are a very dishonest business - extremely overpriced, deceptively charging processing fees (including asking for an absurd automatic tip)… and even with “Coffee” in their name, the coffee was not even that good!!! So...
