McDonald's — Restaurant in Westborough

McDonald's is a classic, right? The food is basically the same no matter which one you go to. I've never been inside this particular McDonald's, but I've used the drive thru every now and again..I'm sure everyone working in any if the nearby westboro office buildings will tell you that as well. The drive thru is comparable to rush hour traffic at noon time on a week day. The 2 new-and-improved drive thru lanes,which were advertised as being able to take people's order twice as fast, actually cause half the problem. Even though they have 2 lanes for ordering, they only take one order at a time which causes people to cut off other people, and rudely tailgate the person in front of them to try and not let other vehicles merge into the line. I've also tried ordering through the app and then picking it up, but you still have to wait in the same drive thru line to tell them you have a mobile order, then go to the 1st window to get a receipt which says you've paid in the app, and finally the 2nd window where you get your food. If i can give a minus star I would I ordered in drive through asked for mayo on my cheeseburger (bought $12.00 worth of other food too) and two large waters. I was charged extra $.30 for mayo and two charges $.50 for two sides of sauce ( never asked for sides of sauce. I went inside and asked why i was charged for mayo and sauce ? The two mgrs in front said its for mayo and the two waters! ( rather rude too). I said don't make the cheeseburger with mayo just to make it regular or the waters. To take it off my bill. So she did... So I thought! As I was leaving they were snickering and laughing like two young teenage high schoolers. Went back to my car to eat my burger and low and behold...no burger just bread cheese amd ketchup! Went back in and showed her. She acted as if she didn't care and handed me a new one. What a piece of work these people are When I returned home in NH a few days later I noticed she didn't take it off she actually charged me twice. I called my credit card company and the store mngr and she said the owner will call me and haven't heard back yet from the owner....

Never had a problem here until today. Screwed me out of my food by charging me twice and then saying my card was declined (had just enough money for lunch today, get paid tomorrow). I showed drive thru lady and the manager the double charge and they refused to acknowledge it saying only a dollar and change went through. I explained that I'm type 1 diabetic and was on my lunch break with dropping blood sugar, and they still refused me so I couldn't eat lunch today. I was going to call the regional manager about it so I went to screenshot my bank account page showing the double charges and lo and behold, they were refunded and I had more than enough money in my account to cover my order, so someone realized their colossal screwup. Except now I don't have enough gas to go get any other food if I want to make it home today, so I just have to hope my blood sugar doesn't keep dropping. Screw this place, I will never be...
