Was so much interested to get the food from this restaurant, ordered gobi manchurian, chilly panner, chicken pakora, mayuri fish fry,n veg dum Biryani .. To be honest will start with Biryani, this was so bland and easily we can make it,that it was not a dum style. and hardly there were any vegetable's.. Gobi manchurian there was still batter inside the gobi it was half cooked, worst was the fish fry no taste n just pieces..from the order which was ok was panner n chicken pakora was also ordered wrong I guess..anyways we can understand one item can go wrong but looks like chef is in rush or no idea .. Guys please take care of future orders in order to get business.. Will definately post the pictures. This order was yesterday 03/20/21

I've been to Mayuri in the past for their lunch buffet and it was pretty good and definitely worth it for the price. Currently no lunch buffet because of covid so I went for dinner. The regular menu is definitely a step up in quality and delicious! Some dishes I tried that were great: chicken 65, chilli paneer, their dosas, lamb rogan josh, lamb korma, and their bread basket. 1 piece of criticism though. The waitress was friendly but not the most attentive. I went with a big group and had multiple appetizers. We had lots of finished plates that started piling up but they didn't take any plates until the very end. Overall, better than other Indian buffet restaurants I've been to.

We went to Mayuri Indian Cuisine to have a dosa. The dosas were okay, but the Sam bar was latterly two spoons in a small bowl. I asked for more sambar twice and they totally ignored it. And never brought it and when I told the waitress I didn’t give them the tip because they didn’t bring sambar to me. They could ask for more money for more sambar. She said it’s okay, we were busy. Wow! This is how they treat their customers. Look at the picture how much sambar is served with a dosa. I will give 2 starts for dosa and 1 for service.

In general, I do not write restaurant reviews, but I believe this restaurant definitely deserves my attention. I have given this restaurant a few chances in the past in order to see if the food and the customer service will improve over time. When I am in a restaurant, I usually just talk to one of the waiters about how terrible and pathetic their customer service is. It is always said that they will get better in the future. When you first walk into the building, no one greets you or even acknowledges you as you enter. In reality, even though you can stand at the door for five to 10 minutes, they do such a great job of not acknowledging your presence that they will even keep you standing there until you finally give up and ask if a table is available for you. Upon finally being seated in the restaurant and as you start to observe the environment, you notice the waiters are wearing dirty jeans and mismatched shirts that look nasty and dirty. You can never tell if the person you are speaking to is a maintenance worker or a waiter. Finally after waiting for fifteen minutes, some random person who does not even bother to introduce himself/herself gives you a nasty nasty-looking bottle of lukewarm water and glasses that do not have ice in them, after which you have waited for fifteen minutes. There is no one who comes back to your table to get your order unless you specifically ask them to do so. Once again I wanted to see how long they would take before they came to my table to ask if we were ready to order. After waiting half an hour, I finally gave up and raised my hand to get someone's attention to take my order after asking for half an hour. After the waiter/maintenance guy took our order, he didn't even thank us nor did he give us an indication as to when our food would be ready. In twenty-five minutes from the time we ordered our snacks, we received them. Again, no one even asks us if there is anything else we need. In another half hour, our food was delivered to the table and placed on the table for us to eat. In fact, the food was so average that it didn't even give us the impression that we were actually dining out at an Indian restaurant. It wasn't even that good that we wanted to take it home because it was so average. As a result, we did not really just get the kind of food that we were looking for, but we did not really enjoy it at all... 15 minutes later, we place an order for dessert, and it took another 15 minutes for it to arrive at the table as well. I also found the dessert to be below average to the point where we didn't even get to finish two spoons of it. When I called someone to give us the check, he said he would be right back, but instead of coming, he just went to the table and started watching his phone and one of the tables in the lobby as well. Despite the fact that we waited for about 20 minutes watching what he was doing, he seemed to have forgotten that we asked for a check. I am not sure why this happened, but we had to raise our hand again just to get some attention at the table and then we had to ask him again. Eventually, he came over to the table and gave us the bill and asked if we could have our check. I really don't think I should even tip them for customer service like this, but it is funny that they actually expect a 20% tip from us, which is given to the employees who are actually responsible for giving good customer service in the first place. In any case, this is not a great place to go out for food when you are looking to dine out. There is no way I could recommend this restaurant to anybody who wants to go out on Friday night or want to have a great time with their family when they go out to eat due to the fact that the customer service is the number one worst service I have ever seen, so I would definitely not recommend...

I was a frequent visitor to this restaurant. For the last few visits we have been noticing that the quality of food and customer service is gone down the drain.

I visited this restaurant yesterday along with my family.

We ordered appetizers, drinks and regular meal.

The appetizers that were served was so cold that it appeared to have been taken out of the freezer. The samosa and the tikki which was part of it was half baked.

Then came the regular meal. The meal was served but we had to wait for 10 mts before we could keep chasing the waiter to provide us with plates to eat the food.

We realized that all the naan were half baked and the naan base was sticking to the hands. We called the waiter and showed him the naan, he agreed that the naan has not been baked properly. He agreed to replace them with new ones.

We were kept waiting for more than 15 mts and then came the naan. They were the same naan, just that they applied some butter on top of it. When we showed that to the waiter that they are still not fully baked and the base is still sticking to the hand, he started arguing with me.

I also mentioned that we have still not been served with our drink order, which was supposed to be served first.

The waiter just kept arguing and showed reluctance to change the naan.

We decided to walk out without eating.

TO MY UTTER SURPRISE THE LADY OWNER MS. SAILAJA SETTY WAS PRESENT THERE AND WATCHING EVERYTHING AND SHE DID NOT FEEL IMPORTANT TO INTERVENE IN THE MATTER.

What a Management! If this is the attitude of the Owner of the business and the waiters then I would suggest stay away from it. There are lot of other options available

I will never repeat again and also make sure my friends and family members are aware of...

The experience during buffet was very bad. Before we checked in, we did ask about all the consequences of being little late to the buffet (we entered at 2:45). Our concerns were addressed and were told we can have lunch though the restaurant is slated to close at 3. As soon we took some food and sat to eat, another employee at the restaurant came and said to take whatever we want as they would be cleaning and removing the food by 3. This came in as a big surprise as we had already asked about all the consequences! Instead of arguing with this employee,we informed to the manager with whom we had spoken initially. They both spoke to each other and they were not ready to follow each other! Again we were told by the manager that you can continue and looked like it might be ok now. To help them, we also happened to take all possible food early so that it help them to clean. In the mean time I went to wash hand, within 1 minute I came back but the food plates on the table were all removed without even taking our consent. My other friends were also sitting there only at this juncture and they were also not asked whether can clean the plates or not and before my friends could realise, all the plates are taken away. This was like too much. We were made to hurry up all the way from beginng till we left. There are many more things to share about this incident. I would rather leave it at this point and would say that the experience was very very bad and have never experienced such bad service in any restaurant ever before. This is serious matter of concern and pathetic customer service. Think twice if are going little late to...
