Okay, let's begin with the food was prit ty good for a mid evening order, a little old on the beans and rice but decent enough, now to the nitty gritty, all but one of the staff were sluggish and non motivated, the only one who did a good job was young man with a ponytail (no hair net though), the next person I see is another young man with a nose ring baling bling, who half heartedly pour the additional topping on my orders and mumbled "anything else" every chance he got, seemingly too preoccupied or tired to even open his mouth all the way. Then last but not least, the shining hope arrive, after waiting close to 7 minutes a third person erputs from the back dawning the standard food industry gloves, now contaminated with door goo. He proceeds to miander out to the work area and look more lost than a kid on a milk carton. He proceeds to then wipe his nose and drive just a small portion of his thumb up a nostril in a quick-pick.......HIS FRIKKIN NOSE.... luckily they were done with my order but the poor schmuck behind me got a side serving booger in his burrito... there was a fourth golem lurking in the back who looked through the door window every so often and disappear right after. Now I'm no Michelin Star judge but I've spent some time in food service and I'll be honest, outright one of the lack luster, sorry excuse of an expierience. Whoever runs this place both the managers and owners should be a bit embarrassed that they let it get to this point... I won't be going back for a while. Hopefully they'll make a change

At this location specifically there is a rude girl who gives you a tiny spoon full of guacamole then when you ask for a tiny bit more she charges you 4$ extra and the scoop is 3x the original scoop, like bro just give me that scoop first I wouldn’t be asking for more. And I ask for an extra bag of chips(WHICH I DO AT EVERY MOES EVERYTIME AND ITS NOT A PROBLEM) and she wants to charge me 4$ like no , and I go for a drink and there are no options in the machine. Then she gotta call her manager just to be able to get a “yes” to refund me for my drink. Disgrace of a moes.

First time I came here and I tipped them but I also paid for the extra steak and guacamole, unknowing everytime I came back they would be rude and judgmental.

I recommend going to the Shrewsbury moes over the westborough one. But if you can I’m sure Waltham is best with customer service. Love the food but can’t find a good enough location smh, no wonder the one in Framingham closed down.

Was in here today at 2:30pm and there were only 2 people seated. The food containers were not very appetizing as they had other food in them, like the rice had meat and beans in them. The server was so quick to fill our order that she didn’t ask what we wanted. She asked what kind of meat we wanted but then went to the veggies instead of asking about rice and beans. She slapped the ingredients together and then asked if we wanted trays. There were no trays, though, because they were being cleaned. The floor was sticky, there were napkins, straws, and other trash under the tables. There was food and other remnants of previous diners on the tables. This was on a Sunday, when I’m sure there was a lighter staff than during the week, but it’s hard to understand why the place would be so gross when it wasn’t busy. Also, while the ladies’ bathroom was clean, the toilet is missing part of the flush button and the toilet paper and soap dispenser covers were missing. Will NOT return to...
