This place is horrible! The lady they have there in the morning making food, shouldn’t be back there she is super slow and takes forever to prepare the food.
The manager with dark hair up in a clip is also slow as hell. She has a horrible attitude!
I placed my order on the kiosk yesterday for 2 croissant sandwiches one sausage and one ham and two medium hashbrowns. I got 1 sausage and 1 bacon sandwiches and it took forever. There was no one in the store and no one in drive thru. The young kid was trying to help the lady with reddish blonde hair to make the food, but she gave him attitude. He should have been the one back there making the food because he was able to go A LOT faster.
Today I order on the kiosk again NO ONE inside and waited over 15 mins for my food. The Manager seemed annoyed that I checked my order because it was wrong yesterday. Then as I sat here eating my food, because my boyfriend had to leave to get a DoorDash order because it took this people FOREVER to make 2 sandwiches and 2 hasbrowns, she kept looking at me because she knew I was pissed and I am not quiet about how I feel. I asked her if she had a problem. then she was up front talking to a customer that came in and was out with his food in less then 5 mins. She was sitting there talking shit about me and saying please should be patience. I told her if she had something to say about me to say it to my face. Because I have no problem tell you how I feel about you and this place.
I would never recommend this place especially in the morning time. They need to get someone in the back preparing the food that has a pep in their step and get the food out in a timely manner...

I have become fed up with BK as a fast food place and won't be going back any time soon. I got a medium iced coffee regular, tell me why I paid $3 and change for a plastic cup of ice. If I have to struggle to put my straw in, there's too much ice. Not only that but I'm pretty sure the sizes have changed, has anyone else notice portions becoming smaller while prices are increasing? I understand things are going up but it's less money for me to go to a regular restaurant and eat than go to BK. Lastly, not sure if other BKs do this but this one always has some long winded welcome going through drive thru, I don't mind them but today's was creepy, "welcome to burger King where you rule, how may I serve you," to me, it feels like bK is really pushing that thier employees are slaves to the customers and it actually made me uncomfortable to hear. My other friend requested bbq sauce and wasn't given any. I was the only one out of the three of us that ordered online, and since we didn't mention my order while the other two were ordering, one employee asked us to go back around in the drive through. that would have been fine- if the line didn't end up being 3x as long as when we got there originally. I decided to go inside to pick up my order instead. I waited 5 minutes before anyone came to ask what I wanted. Then, after I said I had a pick up order, I heard the woman who spoke to me ask the cooks to start on my order. On top of that I had to pay for the sauces that they forgot to give to my friends.
