My Husband and son and I were looking for somewhere to eat, didnt realize most everywhere closed at 9pm ( it was just before 9)A quick Google search showed that this place was open until 10, it was close by, lets give it a try. Knowing we would be showing up after 9, we didn't want to ask too much- don't want to be " those people". Just walking in, it was a very nice place and we were greeted by the owner who assured us it was okay to take a seat and he'd get us our food quickly. My guys ordered a meatball and ricotta pizza and when I couldn't decide, the owner suggested Chicken Francais ( I didn't want to ask for anything complicated as we were very aware that we'd be there past closing) so I quickly agreed! He also asked if I'd like to try the house dressing for my salad. We sat down, my salad came straight out ( all food delivered by the owner) I should mention as we were ordering and apologizing he said , " my workers can go home, I am always happy to stay ". The dressing was seriously incredible- TRY IT! He told us they make it in-house. The pizza came out next and it looked gourmet, my Guys concurred and my son took a picture of it! Next he brought my dish and it was beautiful with razor-thin lemon slices on top over linguine, also served with fresh crispy garlic bread. We all thought our food was incredible!!! Such a delightful experience all the way around! We walked out at 10:13, so we didn't feel too bad. The owner is EXACTLY the kind of person who knows how to run a successful business! We VERY MUCH enjoyed every aspect and recommend it to EVERYONE! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK to try lots of other things on the extensive menu ( we will get there at a reasonable time). Honestly, if I could post a zero star review I would. I've ordered from here for years and have never had a bad experience, but today was ridiculous. I ordered delivery, like I always do. Normally they're the most prompt delivery, but today it was forever. My fiancé was waiting out on the porch for the longest time and nobody ever showed up. Came inside waited longer; seeing as the website said it went from being delivered to being prepared again. We figured something happened but likely no biggie, so we waited longer. Once an hour passed delivery we called and were greeted with terrible customer service. The woman insisted someone knocked several times on my door, but nobody showed up. Someone was waiting outside, and not to mention my neighbors said they never saw anyone. I was offered the same food reheated after a couple hours and that's the best they could do. No refund. No new food. The lady rudely insisted it was all my fault so nothing could be done. I work customer service so I'm usually really tolerant and don't even bother with bad reviews, but this experience was ridiculous. However, the guy who actually did eventually stop by with my old, gross food (since that's all they could offer) was super nice and apologized for things that weren't his fault. So...

I never leave reviews, but I'm just thoroughly disappointed. I previously enjoyed supreme, now it's just not that good and falling down hill. It's overpriced for its quality of food. I understand raising prices, but not for this food. And raising prices multiple times. My order wasn't correct, multiple times. I always give benefit of doubt, however, multiple times shows it's consistently mediocre food or not correct. If you do delivery plus a card you're looking to add 4 for delivery fee and 1 to use your card, plus include tip. Which I always do 20%. Just a basic place, that's not worth the cost, in my opinion. The wings which are about $1.50/wing, were way over done and a big miss. Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because I once enjoyed it and doubt every meal is bad.

Side note: Who as a pizza place that once had the cheeseburger grinder, takes it off the menu? Offers a club and regular burger option. Not the end of the world but wish it...
