If I could give this place a zero I would. I have had a couple bad experiences at this KFC.
First off the Manager needs to stop flirting with other womenâs men! Also I asked for no corn in the famous bowl and guess what it was full off! CORN!!!! Maybe if the Manager wasnât so busy trying to flirt with my boyfriend maybe she would have gotten the order correct!
Second off, I went there tonight and I order via the app. I ordered a 4pc extra crispy combo, 2pc extra crispy combo and a 3pc original combo. When I arrived the app said it was ready and it wasnât! Then the girl tells me that they donât have the extra crispy for the 4pc. I told them I would wait because my mother-in-law wonât get the original. So I waited and the girl brought me the food. I had a feeling so I checked the order. I knew everything was original, so I took the 3pc that was supposed to be original and told them it was extra crispy. The girl walks back to another girl and she said to her why are you asking me stupid questions because she said it was extra crispy. The girl came back up to me and said it was original, so I said oh really because all the chicken looks the same and the 4pc combo and 2pc combo were supposed to be extra crispy and thatâs why I waited. The girl told me that they gave me all original because it would take too long for the extra crispy. I said to her that I told you I would wait and then she just walked off.
I am extremely pissed off, I didnât get my chicken because I donât like the original, so thatâs a waste!
I walked out before I punched someone for being rude, stupid and sneaky!
If a customer says they will wait for the extra crispy donât be lazy and just put original in there and think youâre going to get away with it!
Also the drinks were all carbonate. You need to change your syrup in your soda machines. So we couldnât...
   Read moreI had a very poor experience with KFC last night. I felt like I wasnât listened to after I specified what I needed multiple times. I ordered 2 chicken tender meals both with fries and a drink, one of the tender meals to be the Nashville Hot tenders. And it was apparently very difficult for them to be able to ring that up. The woman taking my order sounded like she didnât know what I was speaking of clearly. I had to repeat myself multiple times; that I only wanted 2 chicken tenders meals with each a fry and a drink and one the Nashville Hot tenders. She was reading the order back to me and kept saying â8 piece nuggetsâ and I said âno thats not right.â I pulled up to the window and the young girl said my total was $61.83 !! I told her thatâs not right and how is it $61.83 for 2 meals. And sheâs like âoh itâs just price of the nuggetsâ Yeah, but I didnât order nuggets I ordered 2 tender meals. She read it back to me and read off the tenders meals with the fries and the drinks. To my knowledge I would say they probably rang in the tender meals 4 times by accident and then added 2 orders of extra fries. I mimicked the same order in the KFC website later that day to see the calculations and that seemed to be the case. Iâm very patient, Iâve worked in fast food for 3 years I understand the job is very fast paced and gets stressful which makes it more likely for you to make mistakes. But⌠however, as I was explaining to the girl what happened with my order she seemed to just rush me out of the drive thru and tell me I have to order inside. There wasnât even another car behind me, so itâs not like I was holding up her line. What matters is, I felt like I wasnât listened to and I was deliberately disrespected.    Read moreI placed a mobile order at 9:45 at night. For two wraps and a famous bowl. They close at 11 might as well close at 10 because it seemed like they were done when I got there. I get there at 10:05 and my order should have been ready on the app it said up to 15 minutes there was no orders ahead of me and people were coming in and they were getting their orders prepared before I asked whatâs taking so long. They said youâre getting fresh chicken. I was like OK go back to my car. Come back 10 minutes later they tell me 10 minutes again more. I get it but they are literally just chitchatting in the back doing nothing and they are laughing. All of a sudden the front lady comes back and sheâs like youâre still waiting and Iâm like yeah Iâve been waiting here this whole time. She was so nice in trying to get my food and extra.she was defending me by saying they were not taking me serious. But the guys were just laughing and not making the food. Then after waiting 30 minutes he proceeded to tell me they are out of chicken and weâre going to give me spicy! Insane customer service he didnât care. They didnât make it better at all. This place needs some serious training. I waisted 30 minutes and got no food. They thought it was funny, I was just trying to get a quick meal after a long day.
