If you want your drink made wrong and spoken to rudely go to this location Well I had hope! I noticed the DT was moving quickly so we opted for Drive thru. I was greeted very abruptly but that was fine. My husband ordered then I did. I made sure she said back my order correctly and that it read correctly on the screen. Again the barista on the speaker was not the most friendly but that was fine my order looked right. Got up to the window was not asked for my starbies card but handed it to her and she made a mistake and needed the card again. That was fine. We then proceeded to wait quite sometime in the drive through. We were patiently waiting my husband got his drink his whipped cream had melted and his first cup broken and put into a second and handed to him…. Ummm ok. Then mine which was handed to me all wrong but after all that I looked at my husband and said drive! Needless to say we will not be coming back to...

There have been a few times where I have placed a mobile pick up and I was asked to park up front because they hadn’t started working on my one drink. Somehow all the cars who were behind me easily drove away with their orders. The morning baristas don’t seem to make the drinks too well either. Waited 20 minutes for my order.

4/25/24 update Ordered on app and was noticed when my order was ready. I show up and there’s a sign written with a highlighter on their front door that the café is closed and to do drive-through, and by that time there was a ridiculously long line and had to wait 20 minutes to get my order, again, that was ready for me earlier. I could have understood if somehow they were able to notify the customer on the app, but this is very inconvenient for those who come during their lunch break. This is a poorly...

money better spent local, the chai tastes like milk and cinnamon, not a hint of actual chai, coffee is inconsistent all for the same if not more than local small coffee shops (i recommend junk and java) Food is small portions and $7.45 for a premade microwaved turkey sandwich is highway robbery, its 1 piece of cheese and maybe 2 slices of turkey on a small piece of bread.

EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT, everything else, not so much. Incompetent management has already changed in a brand new store, with ZERO improvement, consistently out of stock of many essential items, and when I asked an employee they told me the manager is currently managing 3 different stores. I expect better from a multi billion dollar corporation. Boycott and support local. Starbucks has no home...
