Dunkin' — Restaurant in Westerville

Their happy hour says ice or hot coffee is bogo. I bought a iced and a med and was charged full price. I asked why and the guy at the window didn't know and didn't care to find out. I asked for a manager and was told there was none there. So I park and go inside and everyone working looks really young so there is no reason a manager should not be there but thats another complaint. When I talk to a different girl, she says it has to be 2 hot or 2 cold which has never been like that at any other dunkin I've been too. But atleast she tried to help. After a while I did get my free coffee but should not have had to go thru all that. I have been to this location 2 times and had problems 2 times. I understand it's a new location but these are simple problems that should not be there and if they do happen there should definitely be a shift manager on duty at all times. This is ridiculous. so yesterday I got a promotional cup from from this location and it was cracked at the top. I went back in the evening after work to see if they could do anything and they said to contact the manager. I was a little heated and ended up getting in contact with corporate and they got me into touch with the manager. I ended up coming in this morning and getting it not only exchanged out with no issues, they also gave me a second cup and a drink! This place can’t seem to get it right - go to the one on County Line - I promise it’s worth it and wayyyyy better all around. State Street doesn’t put enough flavoring in the drinks anymore (now, you have to specifically request it taste as good as every other Dunkin’ - which isn’t working for me because I do mobile ordering). After 3 consecutive visits in the past week of them no longer using the right amount of flavoring, I’m no longer going to this location.
