I went through the drive-through, ordered a bucket of chicken with two sides and biscuits. I returned home with my two and four year-old only to find the mashed potatoes did not come with the gravy. The biscuits were hard as rocks. The fries were so salty. The kids wouldn’t even eat them and the chicken was really grease logged. I tossed the food except the food that was still in the containers. After feeding the children I called the restaurant and explained my issues. The woman I spoke to ( the manager) told me she could exchange the food but not refund if I brought it back to the store. I explain to her that it was too late that evening for me to get the kids back in the car to return the food. I could come the next day. Which was her day off so I stored the food in my refrigerator until Friday. On Friday, my grandson was diagnosed with pneumonia. I could not leave the house and returning Kentucky fried chicken food was not at the top of my priority list however, it remained in my refrigerator until this week. I sent my daughter with the bag and told her to speak to the manager that I spoke to And they would replace the food. First, the manager denied even speaking to me then my daughter put me on speakerphone and she tried to tell me that I was swearing at her and using curse words which my daughter said my mother would never use curse words, and she said that I screamed at her and used curse words at her. And yet she did not recall speaking to me when my daughter first addressed the issue. She insulted my integrity, was very disrespectful and lied through her teeth. She said she would replace two pieces of chicken because that was all that was there and one biscuit , I don’t know how we could have all of the food there since they didn’t even put it in my container and I was not going to take food out of the trash to take it back to the restaurant. I feel I should have a refund not a replacement of food since it is out of convenience that you use the drive-through in the first place , but I would’ve settled for a replacement now I will never order from that restaurant ever again when my daughter was leaving, the manager said, sorry I couldn’t help you. Read moreI went thru the drive thru the light was not on the order board so was only able to see some of the menu I advised the person who was taking the orders that the light wasn't on and was immediately hit with a rude comment from the worker that was taking the orders. I asked her if there were any specials because I couldn't see the menu and she advised me that they had a five dollar and a ten dollar meal for chicken sides and biscuits I ultimately ordered two $10 meals all dark meat and a chicken bowl and fry when I got to the window the representative Didn't take my order down correctly because I asked her to read it back to me and it was wrong and advised her again of two $10 meals of all dark meat and a chicken bowl and a side of fries, I then gave her my debit card she handed it back to me and asked me to pull forward that she would bring my food out. I hadn’t been here in well over a year and decided to visit and was greeted with the same level of unprofessionalism by Kristin. She is the very reason that I steered clear of this location. This visit she served me dry and old Mac and cheese and biscuits that were hard as a rock! And I mean HARD. They crumbled as I attempted to split them and you could tell they’d been sitting for a very long time. I had driven all the way home before discovering they were inedible. I drove back and Kristin had the audacity to approach me with attitude when she saw me walk in with the box. She didn’t offer an apology for the hard food that she’d served me and attempted to blame the staff. As the manager you are responsible for the quality of food in the restaurant. And she was the one who made my order so she was only trying to deflect. I asked if her name was Kristin because that’s what was on the receipt she said no her name was Kay. I asked if Kay stood for Kristin she said no she goes by Kay. I replied that I was asking what her name was, not what she went by and she admitted her name was in fact Kristin.
