I had a problem with my order but I don't have time to come back to get it corrected because I need to let you understand how important every party is when people don't have that much money and your food costs quite a bit. You are not McDonald's. You're not Burger King. You're not KFC. You're Panera and you have a premium on your foods. They taste pretty good but there's a premium so when I come in spending my hard-earned dollar not having a lot of time because for my job I can only be there for one moment. It took way too long for my order to get done. There was problems with the cash register. I wasn't going to say nothing about that. I kept a pleasant attitude about it. I didn't say a word but when I finally go and my suit does it have the garnish on it and I have to go through the extra steps of taking the time to call back to go back and you don't have a drive-thru and I have a disability. Then I need to let you know how important it is to make sure that each order is prepared as it's supposed to be prepared. If you don't have something, please let the customer know because the garnish that comes with the soup is the reason why I get the suit and so now my entire experiencing ruined and someone thinks it's okay to just give me the garnishes afterthought not understanding that not only do I have to travel back, I don't live on this side of town and to get the garnish as an afterthought ruins the experience of the meal that I have to enjoy in my car because that's my job I don't get to get out the car. I don't have time to get off the car and sit down at a restaurant right now and so for that reason could you please be more careful preparing people's meals and if you don't have something just please let us know so they are experiencing ruined. I thank you very much. You all are very very kind people and continue to have a blessed and...
Read moreFood is very good. They have great baked goods. I feel their prices are high for a bakery/ coffee/quick foods. I've been pleased except for 3 weeks ago. I got a carry out order to take to a friend in a nursing home. Her favorite item was a soup. They substituted one that neither of us liked- without informing me when I picked the order up!! Since the Panera was about 13 miles away I called the asst mgr was kind and concerned. I told her that that particular day (about 2:30 p.m.) the 3 people preparing the orders were quite loud and inattentive. She apologized ,said she had discussed that same issue not many days before ard would do so again. She offered return of my money and a free 1/2 and 1/2.,I wish I could remember her name to give her props. It was on a Wed. The next week I was a bit later than usual and a tall man ,name unknown, was at the register He told me I was at the wrong store and had a bit of an attitude. I told him that I am at that same store at least 1ce a week. He did do as the female asst mgr had told me and even gave me the desert I was purchasing at no charge. I will continue going there. I enjoy the food and the fact that I'm not rushed if I choose to stay there to eat. It's usually quiet with patrons often working on their laptops. Just expect to pay a bit more than for a typical lunch. I had 1/2 soup, 1/2 sandwich a drink and pastry with $2 tip and I believe my bill was $22 or $24
The young woman at the cash register in afternoon on Wed is always very pleasant. They also DO NOT OFFER Seniors Citizen...
Read moreThey have put up stations where customers have to enter their own orders. I wanted to have my breakfast sandwich made with a sesame bagel instead of on Ciabatta. I found no where conveniently to make this change to the order so I entered it on the special instructions field for the sandwich because.
When I received the sandwich it was on Ciabata but the printed order clearly said on it to make with sesame bagel. I pointed this out and was told it was an upcharge so they just made the sandwich not to order. She didnt even turn to face me and when I said I didnt see anywhere on the order station to make this change she was completely apathetic.
Very poor customer service, if you expect your customers to do the work that should be done by staff then you better be prepared to be more gracious and helpful with your customers order. By making me order my own food theyndidnt need to pay an employee to take that order so perhaps being more friendly about a request on an order would be appropriate. Wont come to this...
