Honey hummus has a fantastic flavor but is very odd in its presentation - it's given to you like a cemetery of vegetables in a bed of separated hummus with some pita on the side. Recommend migrating assorted vegetables to a mason jar. It made it hard to eat, especially neatly.
Bread plate - bread was well seasoned with refreshing and savory herbs, but I think they could do with reserving some of the butter and swapping out for more bread. You ge a small quantity of bread and a mountain of butter.
Salmon was okay - somewhat bland - albeit properly cooked Lots of lemon squeezes helped. Small portion.
I got a banana tiki drink and it was very good.
Altogether, pretty good profiles but had some portion and presentation issues that could be improved in the future. Quicker service helps enhance the experience as well.

I had the burger which was very good, basic enough but lots of flavors with the homemade pickles and sauce. My wife and son had the chicken sandwich which was very good , nice Korean type sauce and well breaded and moist chicken. The fries were good as well as the fry sauce. The star of the show was the whiskey. While I am a novice bourbon guy but love Jack, I was questioning the blended Whiskey. I was impressed, we had the Whiskey Wars, Barrel Proof and a Smoked Old Fashioned and all were spectacular. Now I see why they won the awards, I am now a blended whiskey fan. Overall perfect dinner, especially since it was the third night they were open, kudos to the staff for doing so, nice to have this in uptown and looking forward to returning.

Read moreHonestly, we had a very disappointing experience. After much anticipation for this location’s opening, it did not deliver. First off, there were so many flies everywhere! It gave an unclean vibe, and I did not enjoy constantly swatting them away and feeling like I had bugs crawling on me the whole time I was eating. Second, we ordered the mussels (which tasted great), but we were not given an extra bowl for our shells. Typically this is standard when serving mussels, so it seems like maybe the waiters didn’t have enough training. Finally, we ended up leaving after appetizers since they ran out of entrees.
