They have gone from 5 stars to 1 star with one order. I have been a loyal, and hi tipping delivery customer for over 2 years. I've been paying close to $30 for one pizza including delivery fee and tip. Not cheap! Last night which was Friday I was starving and at 11:30pm I decided to go for a pizza. I double checked and confirmed that they (pizza hut) were open till 12 midnight! Fantastic! One large stuff crust pizza with peperoni. The dedicated app I use for Pizza Hut was being glitchy and I had to do the order 3 times. Finally I get it done and hit send at 11:40pm.
I wish I could tell you that at 12:10 my order showed up and I enjoyed my pizza and the driver enjoyed a 4 dollar tip.
They never came. I got a text that it was being made and 2 missed calls from Pizza Hut that I did not get because my ringer was off. I'm guessing that they were calling to say that they were not coming.
I delivered Pizza for years and if we were open till 12 midnight and someone put in a order on the internet or called at 12 midnight we took the order and delivered it. We never shut down 20 minutes early from our posted hours and did not do the order. I am not happy at all. That is 200% unacceptable!! The Friday night manager needs to be fired for this. Plain and simple.
So everyone Pizza Huts hours are not accurate and I would not call them ever past one hour before closing. I want to see a reply to this from the owner and what the deal is here. Are you open till 12 on Fridays or 11:40?

Ordered and paid for 2 pizzas online, 2 different addresses. Selected a delivery time of 6:30 to my house, where i was with the kids, the other went to my sisters house. It got there fine. Selected an order time of 6:30 for the one here. Got a text notification at 6:28 that it was out for delivery.
Now, the store did call my bil to make sure that we meant to place 2 orders with the same cc to 2 different addresses. He spoke to a manager and confirmed it was legit.
6:28 there is a text notification that mine is out for delivery, but by 7:30 the order is not here. Call and speak to another manager, who tried to 1st insist that we had not confirmed the order, then said the other manager that we did speak to didnt communicate that to her. So? If there are multiple managers there, wouldnt you communicate with them to ask before cancelling an order? Also, how does an order that is cancelled send a notification that it is out for delivery?
I have worked a lot of retail, and i understand things are hard right now, so im usually pretty forgiving of honest mistakes. Probably wouldnt be so mad if it werent for her attitude. Never apologized, idgaf attitude. Literally says "what do you want?" Once we got them to resend the order, which they said would be 30 m and took over an hour, it had been 3 hours since we placed the order.
They did give us half off, but its still not really worth it for me to order from here again. Also hope the delivery guy got tipped bc the tip was included in the original order, but they probably messed...
Read moreOrdered by phone. They asked my name but not address. Took my card. Charged me twice then they closed for the night. I called two stores and neither one had my order. So some peeps got some free food on us! Every single time we try to order from ANY pizza place, there's issues or the food never shows up. I'm done ordering online when it's just a paycheck and they want $15/hr for this kind of service? I'm also done watching your commercials that come on every 2 min which got me to call. We will pick up and pay face to face to make sure we get fed. We ordered plenty ahead of time and this was the first time we've ordered from Pizza Hut. And the little snot that was so fake over the phone about us not getting to eat tonight...as a manager myself, she'd be fired. Done with all online ordering with everyone. Just can't seem to get it right in the age of the internet.... I will dispute...
