We went here for the first time because it looked like good food and it's newer to the area. I was craving some good teriyaki flavor and we decided to come here. It wasn't very busy for dine in, but carry out seemed super busy. There's plenty of parking spots outside and seating inside! They offer chicken katsu, spicy chicken, beef teriyaki, chicken teriyaki, salmon, tofu, and a couple other things and sides. Fried rice and Yakisoba noodles are an extra $1. Staff was very nice and patiently taking my order because I couldn't make up my mind. Service was a bit slow, seemed like they had a lot of carry out orders. We got a large sized spicy chicken with brown rice and veggies and regular sized salmon with brown rice and veggies, and for each dish, you get a teriyaki sauce condiments cup. Overall, the spicy chicken's flavor was pretty good and I thought their teriyaki sauce was yummy! The spicy chicken tasted a bit ketchupy to me, like very sweet ketchup blended with a spice, might be Sriracha based or similar. I thought the chicken itself was very dry, so having the sauce was helpful! The veggies I got were 2 broccoli heads and maybe an ice cream scoop of cabbage. The salmon had pretty good flavor, but the salmon was also cooked too dry. Overall, I was disappointed with the meal but I would probably come back to try again! The flavors of the sauces were pretty good, unfortunately the food was just not cooked well. We spent $25 for two people and got a decent amount of food; a good amount of chicken but could have used more salmon. This would be a good place for a quick meal, lunch to go, a casual meal, or if you're craving quick teriyaki flavor.

The staff was friendly at 1:35 on Wednesday. What surprised me the most is how this place took longer than most mom and pop Asian shops and ended up tasting like a fast food drive through. First off, they say they are making crab Rangoon- However, when asked it is whitefish Rangoon. We did not order that. We each got an egg roll, they were chewy and the flavor was okayish. The sauce they served was surprisingly sweet. I prefer a savory sauce for mine and they didn't include any hot mustard or tamari. In my opinion not worth eating. We had a bogo with purchase of 1 meal and 2 drinks, the fountain drinks were good. I had unsweetened iced tea and the hubs had root beer and it was good. We each got the chicken breast teriyaki bowl. I had to stop eating the vegetables because they tasted like they had some preservatives on them. I'm used to fresh well rinsed Asian vegetables and these did not meet the expectation. The chicken breast was a good enough portion, a little dry. Lots and lots of rice fill the bowl. I had brown and my husband had white. There are a lot of upsell items. At the end of the day, I think we get fresher, better tasting Asian cuisine from scratch at the local mom and pop places in Westerville. If we hadn't had the coupon I would have been upset over the food we fed the dog.

I drive across town from Galloway to eat here 4-6 times a month. This is addicting. It’s advertised as “Seattle style teriyaki” but reminds me of this small mom and pop teriyaki place I use to eat at in Portland Oregon as a kid. The staff is so friendly and down to earth. The owners and partners are very transparent with their eagerness to expand to other areas, and we are ready! This is a must try but be warned, you won’t be able to get this place out of your mind. Pro tip: mix the Sobe life water and Dr Pepper for a delicious drink 😁

I'm shocked at how much we liked this! Fast casual can be hit or miss, but the reviews were great and if I'm being honest the owner's cute replies to people's reviews hooked me. I love when a company has a personality! When signing up on the app, after entering my name, the system wrote "you have a nice name." How adorable is that? Sounds kind of silly but you know what, it gave me a giggle, and who doesn't love a giggle?

We both ordered the spicy chicken teriyaki, I got it with noods, my boyfriend got his with white rice. We were in the middle of our first bite when we silently gave each other the "holy ** this is good!" look. Everything was super flavorful, chicken was tender, veggies al dente (we don't like mushy veggies) and there was A LOT in the regular-sized bowl. I have leftovers for lunch tomorrow, yay! We also got the potstickers which tasted awesome, but the consistency was a bit off because it was takeout and the condensation took effect. Having said that, though, everything arrived super hot (hence the condensation). We normally reheat delivery but we didn't need to with this.

This is definitely going on our regular rotation. ...
