I went here Saturday night around 8pm. No one was at the hostess stand and there was one family (parents and child) in front of us (4 guys). The hostess showed up to take the family to a table. A few minutes went by and the family came back and left looking disgusted. So we are standing there with no hostess. Another group comes in behind us and asks if we are waiting. Suddenly, a hostess! She takes us to a booth right by the take out counter. The booth is filthy. I mean it's covered in sticky sauce, there are gross used forks on the floor with discarded food, crushed paper boats, and used napkins all over. It looked like someone brought their toddlers right before us and BW's had no time (or care) to clean and present a sanitary place for us to be seated. We stood back while the waitress scrambled to use dry paper towels to wipe off what she could. I think I know why that family left... We sit down. The menus are covered in sauce. The table is sticky and wet. The waitress asks to get us drinks and I ask for a beer menu because college football is on, it's Saturday, and I'm going to shower later anyways. But then the multitude of tvs start auto tuning. Suddenly there's not so much college football. Instead the majority of the televisions are showing UFC and they are playing the audio for the fights in the restaurant. Personally, I strongly dislike UFC. I appreciated the fighters sportsmanship with each other after the bouts, but I don't understand why they had to strangle one another or repeatedly bash their opponents head into the floor for points. Bleh. My friends didn't care it was on so we stayed. The food was gross. The boneless wings had lots of extra fried bits with no meat inside. The cheese sticks had lots of extra fried bits with no cheese inside. The fries were thin and buried under a sea of pepper. I used to like BW3's a long time ago. I grew up in Columbus, and it was occasionally enjoyable. However, with this experience I hated it. Definitely 1 star. This is not the fun, casual joint you are looking for. Go...

Prices up, quality down. We spent $113 on wings and celery, etc. Hot flavor wings were wings already coated with medium, then hot sauce dumped over the top. Wings are getting too small. Every single piece of celery was rotted on both ends in 3 separate bags. They come in clear plastic, which makes this 100% avoidable. We used to be regulars, but the quality keeps dropping and the prices keep going up. Not sure we can keep making the choice if the consistent quality doesn't return.
Edit to add: I've been going to Bdubs since it opened on High Street OSU campus. BW3, I recognize COVID bs has changed the work force, but these issues were occuring pre COVID. We love your wings, but it is difficult to overlook very obvious quality issues that can be addressed with a change of policy. The celery thing has been happening pretty frequently for a very long time. I'm not sure how often you cut celery, maybe cut it a little more frequently, instead of trying to stock up for so long that it rots. The wing size thing is a choice: Make more money with fewer customers, or please your customers so they return more frequently. You grew by pleasing your customers with great food at reasonable prices, this isn't that, and I'd rather not see the same happen to BW3 as has happened to Max and Erma's, The Cooker, and Applebee's.
**To the owner. Thank you for responding, I really don't want to get something from you for appeasement sakes. I want to go in and see that things have changed. Honestly we have not ordered since my review, but I'll try to head over soon to see what happens. I'd rather see permanent changes instead of getting something free, I want BW3 to continue due to being great, the same way it was able to grow, by having awesome wings. If I see a change, I'll definitely come back and...
Read moreThe wait staff is typically very sweet and helpful. But typically you always walk in to a wait which would be fine, if there weren’t empty and dirty tables everywhere, and servers stringing in the sidestations chatting away with management. Tonight however was probably the worst experiance we’ve had. The experiance was no fault of the server, Megan was awesome. When we walked in, we were told there would be about a 20 minute wait, understandable, it’s Friday night. We move to the side and take a look around, there are MULTIPLE empty and dirty tables. Management and wait staff are standing in sidestations having casual conversation. Meanwhile, guests are waiting for tables- for no apparent reason. Then, the buss boy makes an appearance, he has no sense of urgency, cleaning up one napkin at a time. He cleaned one table in an area that there were 4 that needed clean. He left the area and left two tables dirty, those tables then sat dirty for about 45 minutes, yes- I timed it. Meanwhile, the restaurant is not actually busy but because there are empty and dirty tables not being sat, it is given the appearance that it is and your guests are waiting for a table. Inevitably seeing the dirty and empty tables and growing irritated that they are waiting when there is no need for a wait.
I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for over half of my life. I was another wing restaurant for over 10 years. The food is defent and waitstaff is very friendly, we come here to play trivia. The bar is on average slow for table service, even though there is most often two bartenders working. I cannot understand the things I saw tonight. I do not understand empty and dirty tables while you’re on a wait, while your front of house employees chat it up in the side station and your buss staff takes 15 minutes to...
