Have to say, despite some apparent bad experiences per reviews here (and a few of my own no so great experiences in years past), this location and Burger King in general has really stepped up their game. It’s the little things, they ask if you want ketchup, instead of forcing you to ask for it at McDonald’s. This location in particular is super enthusiastic in the drive through, reminding you that “you rule” in greeting. Which is a lot more fun than McDonald’s barely masked contempt, asking if you’ll be using the mobile app today. Food has been consistently good/as expected, McDonald’s on the other hand varies wildly in quality and more often messes up orders. I’ve never been told to pull forward and wait for food at BK, at McDonald’s this is a regular occurrence. I’m not even ordering anything custom or special, they are just consistently unprepared, understaffed, incompetent, or all three. In fact it appears while McDonald’s slips further into not really caring about customers, quality of food and experience deteriorating…Burger King is rising up to really care, quality is increasing and they are really making the competition look worse by comparison. Read moreWorst customer service ever! Coworker and I visit this location for lunch on occasion, whoever was in charge was extremely rude. After ordering and sitting in the drive thru line my coupon code on the app kicked me out when logging back in at the window the code wouldn't pull up. The person that took the order also insisted to see the code at the window, but because it would not load the coupon wasn't honored and we were forced to pay $27.99 for 2 whopper meals as opposed to the $10.99 offered with the coupon. When asked for ketchup they insisted it was in the bag, was finally giving after the 3rd request thankfully seeing that once back to work there was no ketchup to be found in the bottom of the bag. Food was extremely cold. On a separate occasion when purchasing the 2/$5 promotion was denied the option to add cheese for an upcharge. I was told the sandwiches could only be purchased as is??? Read moreLove Burger King, but was confused by the "can't add anything to your order once you're at the window" policy I was told I would have to go thru the drive thru again to add an ice cream cone to my order. They refused to add it at the window. So being a busy mom on a time crunch had to skip the cone and just get what I already ordered. You would think they would want the sale and just add the item to the order? I guess it's a bk mystery of why this location does this because I have never experienced this except for at this location and as a matter of fact never experienced this at any fast food drive thru. Overall food was good and the cashier very apologetic you could tell she was new and just as confused as I was when they told her I would have to go around again.
