I recently placed a $500 catering order with Chick-fil-A, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect!
First and foremost, the ordering process was a breeze. Chick-fil-A's catering team was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure all of my requests and specifications were met. They provided excellent guidance on portion sizes, menu options, and even helped me create a customized order that perfectly suited my event.
On the day of the event, I was thrilled to see that our catering order was delivered on time, and it was not only punctual but also presented beautifully. The packaging was impeccable, ensuring that all the items remained hot and fresh. I appreciate the attention to detail and the care they took in making sure everything arrived in excellent condition.
Now, let's talk about the food itself. Chick-fil-A never disappoints! The chicken sandwiches, nuggets, and waffle fries were as delicious as always. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how tasty everything was. Chick-fil-A's signature sauces and condiments added that extra touch of flavor and ensured everyone's preferences were met.
What sets Chick-fil-A apart is not just their scrumptious food but also their commitment to excellent customer service. The delivery team was courteous and professional, and they helped set up the food beautifully for our guests.
I must also mention the incredible value for money. Despite the large order, the pricing was very reasonable, making it an excellent choice for catering large events.
In summary, our Chick-fil-A catering experience was a resounding success. From the initial order placement to the delivery and, of course, the delicious food, Chick-fil-A exceeded our expectations. They made our event memorable, and I can't thank them enough. If you're considering catering for your next event, I wholeheartedly recommend Chick-fil-A. You won't be...
Read moreMy husband picked up our $50 order the other night. When he arrived home, I noticed the inside of our kids' nuggets displaying a pinkish-red tint. I subsequently called the store to address the matter. A male answered the phone, later confirmed to be Julien. I asked for a manager. He acknowledged being a manager and asked "What do you need?" I was taken aback by this abrasive response, but proceeded to ask for his name. He asked "Why do you need to know that?" I told him that he is an employee at Chick-fil-A and I would like to know who I'm speaking with. The phone was subsequently disconnected from the other end. My husband traveled back to the store, which is actually 12 minutes from home (we chose this store over a closer location due to the past quality service). I was on the phone with my husband when I heard him asking for the manager. The male gave a similar response as one provided over the phone. He first denied answering the phone and then the other manager (Mandi) stated that the call was lost by him. My husband expressed our dismay regarding the experience and showed the undercooked nuggets. She apologized, refunded order, and replaced the order. When he returned home, I noticed that the nuggets had the same pinkish-red tint inside. Appetite was lost for all of the chicken and ultimately went to waste due to the concern for overall food safety. When the undercooked chicken was reported, the manager should've followed up with the kitchen to ensure proper food safety. I am highly disappointed, as I always thought of Chick-fil-A to be the model fast-food restaurant when it comes to service and quality. I will have to eliminate this restaurant along with the other one owned by Patrick Tate, as the generic response that I received about receiving undercooked chicken twice was...
Read moreI'm going to be honest and a lot of people aren't going to like what I'm about to say. I don't love Chick-fil-A's food. I don't! I just don't! It doesn't float my boat. There is nothing extraordinary about the food. The sandwiches are just good the macaroni and cheese is just good. The fries are just...... well I love the fries! But I love all potatoes. The food itself is just simply overrated to me! But the service at this establishment is undefeated! I am a very impatient person and I despise having to wait. I will extend my travel in additional 10-15 minutes on a detour if I see traffic starting to stop. That's just to give you an example of how impatient I am. I got in line at Chick-fil-A the other day and it was my first time at this location. I noticed that the line was wrapped around and going down the street and I was confused at first but I fell in line and it appeared to be moving without hesitation very smoothly may I add. I was greeted by a young lady with the menu in her hand and a big old smile ready to take my order. She even had time for a little bit of small talk with me and that alone made me feel good, she literally walked alongside my car as I was pulling up as Not to cause any delay in the movement behind me. She directed me to the Red Umbrella forward and told me that I would be greeted by so and so. I got to the red umbrella and so-and-so said my name and handed me my receipt. I moved forward and the next person said my name and handed me my bag of food. That entire trip around the building felt like it only took 3 minutes if that. Amazing! I will always return to Chick-fil-A because of their exceptional customer...
