I used to come here every morning on my weekends. As of recent, I am done. Even with 3 cars in drive thru, it takes 20 minutes. Donuts get stacked upside down in the bags, my coffee (a basic iced vanilla latte with light ice) is somehow incorrect EVERY time (how do you mess up something so basic???). Today, my food was burnt like to a black crumbly crisp. The prices are outrageous for the quality of food and service. $11 for a sandwich and a latte. The drive thru guy also looked at the screen and tried to hand me someone else’s order… at this point I’m not sure what would save this place. The workers move at a snails pace despite seeing the wait times or busy lobby. Better training? More incentive? More discipline? I don’t know but I hope it changes because I prefer Dunkin coffee to Starbucks

Read moreStaff (what they have of it) is good. But last week i tried to drive through and the line was around the building (couldn't wait). Today I waited in line for about 8 cars in front of me, got to the speaker and when I said i wanted a dozen she said - "let me tell you what we have" - and basically they had only 1 of the selections I wanted. NO GLAZED DOnuts. How can you not have glazed donuts. And this was at 9:30 AM - yet they're open to 7 PM? What are they serving that late when they have nothing to serve that early.
I know help is hard to come by. But it's much easier to be able to walk inside and look at the inventory. Would have saved me about 15 minutes today and at my age I need to save every minute I can.
Stopped at 2 other Dunkins on the way home with the same problem. So I disappointed a couple 3 year olds today (my wife runs an inhome daycare) and had a hard time explaining why we don't have donuts.

Read moreAbsolutely terrible experience!!! The owner/manager needs to get in this store and lay the law down, because the workers have no sense of urgency what so ever!!! There were a dozen waiting for orders places 30-40 minutes ago!! The only good credit I can give is to the woman working the drinks, she was very nice and cranking them out super fast. The rest of the workers were moving so slow, and orders for hot food and donuts were not getting made. One man said he ordered at 10:20 (Black forest bacon and egg sandwich only), and was still waiting at 11:07. We finally had enough and asked for a refund!!! My order was placed at 10:39, so we weren’t waiting anymore!!! I would like a manager/owner to reach out to us! I hope this Google review helps get the store in better shape for the future, or it will eventually go under like other restaurants that have had this same problem.
