Subway — Restaurant in Westfield

Went in over a week ago to see if they would be able to provide 30 individual sandwiches for the baseball team, and they stated "yes, as long as you have your order printed out and to us 24 hours in advance". Dropped the order off to the manager 36 hours before needing them at 8-8:15am on 4.6.23. She tells me to call the next morning to make sure that they can do this. I'm sorry, what? I gave you a weeks notice that you would have a $400+ order and I have to call the day before needing to see if you can fulfill the order?!? Manager on duty 4.5.23 was not empathetic or willing to try and accommodate me stated that only one person was capable of providing such a large order...again - what?!? You have all day to make and store sandwiches while you are not busy, leaving only 5 sandwiches that would need to be toasted for the morning. You have seriously lost a customer for life at this location with your awful...

Just horrible customer service!!! Odered a kids meal and was charged almost $8.00 by the old lady at the pick up window. Instead of fixing her mistake desided to add a drink and chips to the order. This old lady "Deb", has no customer service skills at all!! She just closed the window and walked away!!! This is coming from a bussiness owner that prides himself in customer service as it is one of the most important things to retain your customers. Very very very disapointed with this restaurant. I will never return here nor will I ever...

Went inside due to the drive through line being so long. Got inside to roughly 12 people in front of me. Had 20 from in the door to out with my sandwich for me that's my whole lunch. Then walking out due to the drive through traffic there were people yelling at each other and a traffic jam at the entrance. Not impressed with service or design of where the drive through goes right in the middle of the parking lot. This place could use some better organization for sure.
