Dunkin' — Restaurant in Westlake Village

Remember when i did this review below? Well guess what they took the sundried tomato sandwhich off the menu and they removed THE BOSTON CREAM DONUTS. Complete joke. They most likely are going to go out of business in the next year. You dont take things off the menu that are the top seller. Its just wildly stupid. I do not have a reason to go there anymore. Actually wait a second. Im going to call the other locations. i bet you money this location is lazy and the manager doesn't know how to keep the customers happy. Lets see if the other locations have it. Hahahha i would give zero stars to this location.camarillo location still have boston cream donuts. The sundried tomatoe sandwich with pesto is seasonal from what camarillo location said. Which is unfortunate because you can get sundried tomatoes all year round. so again lazy and they dont serve what the customers want.

UM IM IN LOVE WITH THE SUNDRIED TOMATO PESTO GRILLED CHEESE😍🥺👍 its seriously heavenly. Cant go wrong with there boston cream, im actually not convinced to go to any donut shop now but this. This is my new favorite place. Ive had the sandwhich twice so far. The employees are so nice. Love this location.

Literally, you will be obsessed with the sundried tomato pesto grilled cheese. Im pretty sure they add mozzarella to it so its extra yummy. I think its pretty new to the menu. Please try it!!!! & check out there bakers choice donut....

So the manager or the supervisor there (a man who could very well be lying about their current title I have no idea at this point) their professional view on speaking to customers is to yell over them when you are asking a question and be extremely hostile and what seemed to be very sexist and disrespectful. I know right? 2023 and the same tired mindset still makes appearances.yawn Anyway yes this man could not be asked a simple question and respond in a professional matter. It leads me to question how such a person with that much lack of self control could carry out the duties of a well trained manager or supervisor when dealing with customers and even their own employees. Dunkin donuts of thousand oaks you need to check in on this location because if that's who you hire to reflect your business you may have bigger problems if he continues to treat people that way. This was by far the most repulsive experience I've ever encountered with an employee when asking a question and making a reasonable request to lower their voice as I did not like being yelled at from across the counter. I urge you to reconsider their employment as I do not feel they should be representing your lucrative business.

Stopped by today and had to wait and be literally the last person in the store. This even though I had placed my order ahead of time online as always. Last week I had the same thing happen to me and I tried to ignore it. Unfortunately this was my last straw. Apart from my coffee not being made as the notes stated, items were missing and the workers made me feel invisible since everyone else was asked if they had been helped and or were missing anything. If you’re finally asked minutes and minutes after waiting. And asked if you’d been helped and were missing anything and you go ahead and answer “Yes” and still don’t get the item missing from your order, that’s just unacceptable. There’s no way around, this Dunkin Donuts was my favorite and you guys failed to provide great service too many times. Definitely not sure if I’ll be returning after this unfortunate and repeating situation. Disappointed to say the least. Especially after being a loyal customer for such a long time.
