I don’t normally write reviews, but really felt they deserve one from me as I’ve been frequenting Panera since T-mobile Tuesday offered 3 months of their unlimited coffee/tea subscription. I can’t imagine not having the subscription and will most likely pay the $7/mo for it after my free subscription ends. The endless coffee/tea subscription is awesome (although I wish it included iced tea) and refreshes every hour and a half about so it really is pretty much unlimited.
I have never been a coffee drinker, but my boyfriend is and I LOVE their tea. They have a few options but the English Breakfast and the Mango ones are my favorite. Since my boyfriend also has the subscription, he can order in the app easily and I’ll pick it up when I get mine. The app is easy to navigate, and they pay attention when I leave notes in the app.
The staff is extremely friendly, particularly Adlema and Claire, the manager. Claire will often ask me if I’d like her to mix the sugars/creamer for me or to have them to take home. I recently had surgery on my sinuses and stopped by on my way home from the procedure for my boyfriend to run in and pick up my free tea and French onion soup (would recommend) that I ordered in the app - super quick, super painless.
The tea is always super hot, which I prefer since I load it with creamer, but just a warning for those who don’t use creamer!
I’m kind of a lot (as you can probably tell from this review) and they really treat me like it’s their pleasure even though I know I can be difficult. I’ve ordered over the phone, through the app, and in person many times and have never had an incorrect order. Read moreSo i haven’t been to a Panera in a minute so please excuse my ignorance but… I walk into this restaurant and am not greeted or told anything… so I stand there for a bit and see two people just talking… I guess we are supposed to know that you order on your own instead of going to a kiosk… ok my bad…. But because of this and me standing around like a goof for 4 minutes I lost out on breakfast and the kiosk god is not forgiving… it was like no way Jose… told the guy at the counter and he asked and as I looked at my watch she says ohh it’s because it’s 11:01… even though she saw me trying to figure things out… so no breakfast for you loser….i get it… my bad for being ignorant of the rules but Panera do better and take the menu off so I ain’t standing there looking like a weirdo trying to check out an order I can never have…. Let it message you saying breakfast is a no go fool you took to long and don’t deserve it…
