Wendy's — Restaurant in Westlake Village

I actually tried going 2 different locations-the 1st 1 was no longer around even though it came up on Google Maps. The other location was ridiculously off the beaten path & was extremely hard to locate. I tried calling twice & both time in the middle of asking directions the person who answered hung up on me-they were 2 different people! Plus they sounded rather put out just answering the phone. When I got there they were closed yet Google Maps said the were open until midnight. Both locations were on the right side of the 101 N frwy just before going down the grade coming from Newbury Park. I will NOT attempt to go to those Wendy's again esp since 1 does not exist! Wish I could...

I'm not going to rave about the food itself, though the ghost pepper chicken sandwich was actually spicy, which I appreciated, and the blueberry pomegranate lemonade and customized soda fountain are a step above some competitors. Still, it's fast food; I'm not going there to broaden my culinary horizons.

What I really want to praise is the manager, who has an exceptionally good attitude. When they do get something wrong, even something minor, he is direct, he makes it clear that he cares about improving the process, and he makes things right. It's great to deal with someone who takes pride...

Just go to in n out where they’ll give you something edible. Every single time I go to this place the food ends up in my dog’s bowl. Luke warm stale fries, Luke warm stale nuggets, stale buns on a Luke warm patty with an unmelted slice of imitation cheese sitting on top. Everything tastes like it was made the day before and has been sitting next to a water heater for the last 24 hours.
