Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Westlake

This is my second time leaving a 1 star review.

The delivery driver Brian was very nice, bit did forget parts to my order and even fumbled around looking for it in the bag, etc. Then offers to drive back to the store and bring these side items. At this point I just want to eat, and would've been done by the time he came back whenever.

Called the store and some young man answers, who I guess was the manager. Starts off with "Uhhh... hello". Such professionalism by a manager.

They can't refund you money without canceling the first order, then re-ringing the new one. So you're going to double charge me now... no thanks.

We can give you a credit...WHY? I may never order dominos again now that this same store has given me nothing but bad experiences.

The Brooklyn pizza turned out amazing.

The pan pizza looks like it was dropped on the ground.

I gave them a second chance, can't do it again even though I love the pizza. They definitely can...

I placed an order a day before giving them a heads up of the pizzas I needed for a party. The manager said they would have the pizzas ready by 10:45am if I was able to call them at 10:15 to ‘remind them.’ While I didn’t think as a customer this was my responsibility, I did anyway because I needed my pizzas.

When I called, the morning manager asked me to call back in 5 minutes. When I called back she said that she had other things to do & the pizzas wouldn’t be ready until 11am. My wife showed up at 10:50am understanding that she would need to wait. The manager was defensive & wondered why she was there early. She walked out the door at 11:05 with the pizza.

Pizza itself was fine but not worth the haste I went through to get it. In summary, poor management that asks customers to keep...

I received the wrong pizza and it took a while to get someone to answer the phone at the store. I was told it was only him working and his replacement called out sick . He handled the situation professionally and offered to make me a new pizza but I told him i hadn't ate all day and I had alreday ate some of the Cali chicken bacon ranch pizza I got sent because I was starving and i told him not to bother with making another pizza and he offered to give me credit back for the mess up . You would think there would be a back up or on call person for scenarios like this so there isn't just one person in the store alone while the delivery driver is out . The delivery driver...
