I waited over a week to see if the owner would care enough to give their customer a call, but I guess not. Shows what poor customer service this place has. I have been a customer at this location for the last 15+ years and could not believe the way I was treated. On Oct 25th, I placed a pick up order for 2 large pizzas and got a free Howie Bread of my choice. The pizzas I received were so over done that the cheese was rubbery and the crust was messy and way too much powder was sprinkled all over it. The cinnamon bread I chose was so over cooked, it was BURNT. When my mom went to go pick up the order, she looked at the pizzas and expressed her concern for the look of them, but the employee did not care to do anything about it. Then when she got home, I gave the store a call and Bart answered the phone. I also expressed my concerns for the way the pizzas looked and TASTED. They tasted like complete garbage and Bart proceeded to yell at me over the phone saying he made the pizzas himself. When I asked to speak to the manager, he continued to scold at me and tell me he is the manager. You are a manager and you’re speaking to a customer like that? How rude and disrespectful can one be. I complained that the pizzas were way too thin and proceeded to tell me that another customer said that the pizzas were too “thick”. Well I am not that customer? If someone doesn’t ask for a thin crust pizza, you don’t make a thin crust pizza? Anyways, the owner did absolutely nothing about it nor reached out to make things better. An hour and a half later, I called to check in and questioned why my pizza took so long, and the kid who works there said yes it was returned because the driver couldn’t find my location. The young man said I can come and get it… I told him this was unacceptable and the kid dismissed me and asked if he was 15. I think I upset the kid and he hung up on me. I called back and spoke to the manager, he yelled at me and told me I lied about my location and didn’t provide an apartment number, which I ensured the young manager that there is no apartment number and he claimed they called several times, which I can provide a screen shot of calls coming in and out, can he? They lied to me about calling and called them out on it. So, he hung up on me. I called back Saturday to resolve the issue and they hung up on me again. I called today Monday January 17, and he assured me he is the manager and said he was going to contact someone for me and someone would get back to me. And I asked, if you’re in charge and you refuse to give me a owners name, who’s going to call me? He said I’m busy, and hung up the phone on me, again!!

I walk up as soon as she leaves the kids walks back to the line totally ignoring me. I caught the girl’s attention & asked for my food. I only then was informed that they don’t have one of the items I ordered well over 2 hours ago. I wish they would have called to inform me of this because I then I had to wait another 10 minutes while they made a substitute item. Don’t have pumpkin howie bread on the menu if you don’t have it or if an item isn’t in stock that day, inform those who placed orders several hours ahead of time so their food will be ready like expected.
