My girlfriend ordered a steak, cheese and mushroom and a half of a corned beef for me.My girlfriend ordered whole a tuna sub for herself through Doordash. It was right before closing, so im guessing one of their last orders. We never receaved the Tuna, and the corned beef had a strange dressing in it.( should have had none). It was soaking wet through the paper, which also made sub discusting.Also strange to put lettuce and tomato on corned beef. I asked thousand island on the side. That is common for corned beef. They did not answer phone because they were closed. Doordash did refund the tuna, but we did not know just how bad corned beef was until i opened it up. I could see it was wet already, but not to the extent that it actually was! I called owner next day and explained situation. I even told him we were refunded for tuna, but that i had corned beef still in fridge in case he needed it back. He was consistant with blaming the driver for this at first, stating it did not leave store that way. Nice try! He then said he would out on board for credit for both when i was ready to reorder. About 2 weeks later i proceeded to put order in. He acted clueless to situation. He said nothing was on board in either of our names. It sounded like he was just standing there covering mouthpiece and that is my guess. He basically lied and acted like he never talked to me. This place has went downhill!!! Never again- not happy!!! Save your money! It was better a few years ago! Not good now! Read moreWhile I understand that things are different. I get that businesses are busy. That in no way gives any employee the right to be ride or disrespectful to customers. As I can waiting for my order. Myself and several other customers got to listen to the person making the food in the back. Just cussing and cursing cause he had to make food. Then after almost an hour of waiting. Which one again I understand busy. They still messed up my order. Along with several others who came back while I was waiting. Then he got angry about having to fix his mistakes. I've worked in several bro busy restaurants in my culinary career. Including one very busy resort in Florida. So I understand busy. I understand mistakes happen, but to blame the customer for ordering something the way they want it. Because we'll they are paying for it. Is unacceptable. If you are that happy in your job or do not or cannot handle the fact that it is busy during these times. Then you need to figure something else out to do with your career choices. Read moreNormally when they sill put onions on my sub after I said no onions ill just pick them off however this time they added some weird looking white sauce on my traditional and my daughters sub had everything on it that we asked them not to put on it was just horrible. I drove all the way back she said it was refunded and I gave her the food back. So today it was taking out of my account and not credited back. I go up there patiently waited for the owner to finish cooking subs and dealing with his window cleaner, I patiently waited. Then during me asking how long what's the process he continued to say he doesn't know! I asked if he could just give me my 20$ at this point and/or call the cc machine ppl n ask how long. He talked to me so rudely said im just another person that his end shows voided that I could be lying! That got me!
