I just had one of the most disappointing sandwiches ever. I ordered a Reuben for $9.05, and what I received looked more like a miniature slider than a proper sandwich—seriously, the portion was tiny and not at all worth the price.
To make things worse, I requested extra Thousand Island dressing on the side—not once, not twice, but three times. And yet, they somehow managed to hand me tartar sauce? How do you confuse thousand island with tartar sauce? It’s basic listening skills, folks.
This location’s sandwich size alone would’ve been underwhelming—but combine that with zero attention to my clearly-stated instructions, and it’s a hard pass from me.
Also I don't recommend trying to work for this company because a couple years ago the interview questions were horrendous. One of the interview questions here was " if the power went out at this location how would you take an order from a customer?" I answered honestly, you can't take an order from a customer if the power is out because the register when it opens since it's connected to wi-fi. After we settled in Lindsay came and delivered our order and boy- did she steal the show! Whoever said that serving food was a man’s game, has obviously never met Lindz. Then again, this is a man’s world and we’re all just living in it. The chicken-crispy, curds-crispy, you just really can’t go wrong. Now enough about the food, back to the staff, back to Steve. As we made our tearful exit, Steve knew just what to say, it’s like he had been waiting for this moment to come and he was going to be there for us every step of the way, and he was. If Steve taught me anything in our brief time together, it was that you can’t let life drag you around but rather take life by the reigns and fulfill your own destiny, be who you are and no one else....
